Apartment on the 1st floor without elevator, comprising an entrance, a bedroom with a bunk bed 2x90x190, a bedroom with a bed of 140x190, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, a living room open to the kitchen including a sofa bed drawer 2x90x190, television, dining table and terrace facing the sea with its furniture. The kitchen includes a microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer. Two heated swimming pools (open from April to the end of September depending on the weather).
