Nice!

Stayed at the property for four nights. It was in a nice location, close to where we needed to be. Several essential stores nearby. Property was clean and pool was warm. Very spacious.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable

Nice layout with good privacy for a group of a dults. Conveniently located and nicely appointed. A chef will want a few more utensiles and pans, but otherwise a wonderful property.

House is very close to surprise stadium, shopping and restaurants.

Beds and pillows are not comfortable at all and the kitchen is not well stocked for guests.

Any problems we did have they took care of the only problem we had is with the coffee maker and they have we had to go buy one and they are supposed to take care of it for me and reimburse me

Disappointed in CS

No hot water, pool was dirty, back patio covered with bird and mouse droppings. I called many times to address issues, never received a call back from local management. The inside of the the home, aside from no hot water and a couple of cockroaches. Was beautiful and clean.

Dirty pool; broken fridge, unresponsive management, lumpy mattress

Management was terrible. The pool was closed. When we asked them to open it, they sent a local handyman, who was nice. He saw that it was dirty and promised to send the pool cleaner. The pool cleaner never came. When we followed up with management, they were unaware of the local handyman and told us to open and clean the pool ourselves. Also the fridge water filter was broken. It took them 3 days to replace the filter. The Master BR mattress was very lumpy with deep indentations from prior guests. Otherwise, the house was clean.

Was good back slider door needs to be more secure you need to tell people about heating pool when they book rental tv in guest room wouldn’t come on otherwise it was good.

This property was a perfect fit for our stay! We were vacationing with friends and this home was roomy with an ideal layout for privacy. The pool was a bonus. Everything we needed was a short trip away. We felt right at home!

No communication

Arrived to find out too late we needed to ask several days prior to arrival to have pool heated.m, and would be an extra charge. It was way to cold to swim. (One of the reasons we rented the property was to swim). There was old left over coffee in the pot. The patio had weeds everywhere! They sent someone to blow off the driveway and walkways, at 7 am, right under our bedroom windows. Glad I was decent when the pool guy just showed up. Had to call several times to let them know the master tv was falling off the wall and had no net to clean pool of bugs & bees. Home could really use an update. Wish I could give this home a better rating. I would give this property a 2.5 stars.

Great house…but!!!

Booking the house was easy and lots of communication to start with…but then it fell apart. Never received our morning of stay email which was to have our entry code to get into the house and house information. When we arrived in Arizona and needed this important information I had to phone the contact number. I was on hold for approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes. When after this waste of my vacation time I was finally put through to a young man that never apologized about the long wait. I was just told that it was extremely busy as it was the first day of spring break. Obviously there were lots of problems for a lot of other customers. We Finally arrived bat the house and everything seemed to be good. The next day we did notice lots of weeds in the backyard pool area…pulled a few and got on with the day. We purchased our groceries with the internet to use the Bar B Q. A few days later we noticed in the middle of cooking dinner we were out of propane. There wasn’t a spare tank. We only used the BBQ in the evenings for cooking dinner and only for about 20 to 30 minutes 5 of the 7 evenings. Messaged help line for a refill tank. Told that maybe we would get one sent next day. No promises. Never heard back. Messaged help again. Told that we could go and get a refill or get a tank exchange and get a refund if I submit the bill. So we took the tank in for a exchange. Tried to send a message with a picture of the receipt multiple times and it wouldn’t go through. Not too happy. Most of the week was enjoyable and relaxing. The house was really nice. Service and communication was very disappointing. Probably wouldn’t recommend to our family or friends.

Really minor problems

I would have given this property 5 stars except for a few minor and easily fixable problems. You have a bit of a housekeeping problem. We pulled wet towels from the linen closet. They were well beyond damp to unusable, clearly pulled from the dryer too soon. There were just a few washcloths, so we had to wash linens. There was pubic hair in the bottom of the bathtub. And all the TVs were mounted on the wall except the one in the master bedroom. It was sitting on top of the dresser leaving me no place to put my stuff. I was also a little frustrated that you don't use the VRBO app. I rented through VRBO, but the only way for me to access entry codes was if I downloaded your Vacasa app. Otherwise, the house was clean, well decorated, well equipped and very pleasant.

Surprise

We were in Surprise for a family holiday get together. The house was very nice, clean and accommodated us well. At the end of December it was too cold to enjoy the pool but it looked inviting. The beds were comfortable and the wifi worked well. We had a huge TV in our room which would be nice if you're into watching TV.

Great Location & Exceptionally Clean

My family of 4 enjoyed a wonderful stay at this location. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the home was exceptionally clean and exactly as advertised. Checking in and out was a breeze - no issues with anything. Location is very convenient to the 303 Loop Freeway for travel and plenty of restaurants, gas, markets and stores nearby. I would stay here again.
