A modern shower room with shower, sink and toilet.
On the upper floor:
Two carefully decorated double rooms.
A room with two single beds (ideal for children).
An independent shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outbuilding (at the back of the garden, accessed from the outside):
A double bed room, perfect for more privacy or to accommodate friends, no bathroom or toilet.
Exterior:
A lovely garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy beautiful days and share moments outdoors.
Proximity and points of interest:
A few minutes from the port of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Near shops (bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants).
The beach of Les Sables d'Olonne accessible in about 10 minutes by bike or 15 minutes on foot.
