This two-level, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with a king bed, a queen bed, three twin beds, and a full size sleeper sofa. It features hardwood flooring, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus an in-unit washer and dryer. All of Keystoneâs attractions are close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet. With southerly exposure and wall-to-wall windows, the High Rockies sunlight greets you in the morning and fills the rooms until sundown. Tennis Townhomes offers shared amenities including an outdoor heated pool next to a clubhouse with a hot tub, sauna, and changing rooms.
Keystoneâs lifts can be accessed by a quick shuttle ride. One of Keystoneâs two golf courses is only 2 miles away. Lakeside Village, Keystone Lodge & Spa, and the Keystone Conference Center are all within walking distance - close enough that guests have the option to walk home from the Conference Center during breaks. Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort is only 6 miles up the road. The towns of Dillon, Silverthorne and Frisco are all within a 10 to 20-minute drive. Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are both within 30 minutes.
The sunken living area is newly updated and features two seating areas, two flat screen TVs, a sleeper sofa and access to deck and greenspace out the double glass doors. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make meals away from home and features new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The updated main level guest bathroom is just down the hall. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The updated primary bedroom and the first guest bedroom are on the upper level with southerly exposure and mountain views. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a flat screen TV and an updated private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers one queen bed, one twin bed and a flat screen TV. The updated upper level guest bathroom across the hallway. The last guest bedroom is on the lower level and offers a twin sized bed with twin trundle and a mounted flat screen TV.
The washer and dryer are located on the lower level. Wifi is available with strong connectivity throughout the unit.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
