Denna vackra semestervilla (byggd i slutet av 2012) i ett lugnt bostadsområde och ett bra grannskap ligger i söderläge direkt på kanalen och har cirka 250 kvadratmeter luftkonditionerat bostadsyta och är mycket elegant, lyxigt och mycket modernt med exklusiva möbler. Du kan nå Mexikanska golfen med en hyrd båt från den interna bryggan på cirka 35 minuter utan lås.

Villan har ett vardagsrum, matsal, kök, 4 sovrum, 3 badrum och 1 pool, 1 kontor. Vardagsrummen har platt-TV, DVD-spelare, DVD-filmer och ett högkvalitativt surroundsystem i vardagsrummet. Från vardagsrummet har du en underbar utsikt över terrassen och kanalen.

3 sovrum har en king size-säng, 1 sovrum har en queen size-säng. Alla sovrum är utrustade med skjutdörrar. 2 rum har vardera sin egen terrass. Sovrum och juniorrum har direkt tillgång till poolområdet.

Alla badrum har hårtork och extra dusch. Sängkläder och handdukar är tillräckligt tillgängliga.

Det lyxiga gourmetköket är utrustat med ett amerikanskt kylskåp med ismaskin, spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, brödrost, kaffebryggare, högkvalitativa rätter och bestick.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben schon öfter Häuser in Cape Coral gemietet aber selten haben wir uns so zuhause und wohlgefühlt wie in der Villa Kapalua. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, weitläufig und super sauber. Das absolute Highlight war aber der große Außenbereich mit Pool und SPA. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen in einer ruhigen und sicheren Nachbarschaft. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter und Hausverwaltung war ebenfalls top. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und kommen sicher nochmal wieder.

Wonderful Getaway

We stayed at the Villa Kapalua for 3 weeks in June/July 2025. The pool and spa were absolutely wonderful, and very well appointed. The outside half bath is a really nice touch. The kitchen with the big island was fantastic. Beds and baths also very nice and comfortable. We had quite a bit of rain so being able to use the garage was also very nice. The screen kept the bugs away. Property manager stopped by the first day to acquaint us with everything and was very responsive. They really have thought of everything you would need to have an enjoyable time. And last but not least, the location is very good and basically within 20-30 minutes of anyplace you would want to go. We even saw a manatee in the canal behind the house.

Home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, and full of wonderful amenities. It’s in a great location for getting to places in all directions: downtown Cape Coral, Fort Myers, restaurants, the airport. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, friendly, and perfect for taking walks. Three king beds! Caught many different fish in the canal. The infinity pool was gorgeous and relaxing. Silvi (with the management company) was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely book this home again for next year but, not surprisingly, there is no availability for this time of the year.

Beautiful place

The four of us stayed for a month and it was a beautiful place to stay. The pool and deck area is picture perfect! Silvi our property manager was very responsive when we had a couple questions. We will be back next year !

Great stay at Villa Kapalua!

We stayed at Villa Kapalua for 28 days in November. The property was perfect for our group of 6. It was as described on the website and even better. The view on the canal is fantastic. We saw dolphins, manatees, turtles and fish. I brought a kayak and we enjoyed riding it on the canal. The pool and the spa were in very good shape and clean. Every week, someone was coming to do the pool maintenance. It’s easy to control the spa/pool temperature. We also had very good service from Silvi, from the property management team when we had questions. Beaches are about 30-45 minutes from the house. Downtown Fort Myers is 20 minutes. I recommend this wonderful property if you want to have a nice stay in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area.

We came for our baseball tournament. House was nice and was as advertised. Property manager was very responsive. The few items that needed addressed were taken care of right away.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

We have been using Vrbo for the past 5 years, at least twice a year with an impeccable record, and this is the first time we go through something as terrible as this. This was a horrific experience overall. We won’t go back to this place nor will recommend it, and Vrbo didn’t back us up at all. The house sleeps 8 but after paying for 7 nights the owner said we had violated the house rules and we needed to pay extra. The owner, Mr. Nagel, sent, on Sunday morning, an individual who claimed to be his business partner (which I doubt because he didn’t talk to us as a business partner talks to clients who already paid and have a contract). This person was rude and racist, he said, and I quote “You have two options, pay more, or leave now.” He was threatening us with calling the police and called us demeaning words in German. This was unacceptable because obviously we rented the house for 4, not just 1. The extra payment they were requesting was for 3 and that was unfair. We got there at 5PM, the cleaning crew was still there. They did not provide a single supply, no paper towel, not a single garbage bag, etc. The grill was dirty and the two gas tanks were empty. There were roaches in every room. The owner said the AC had to be kept at 79 Fahrenheit which is hot for Florida especially on the hottest summer ever registered in Florida. They had the AC thermostat on a schedule to raise the temperature to 78 every night, so we had to get up at 3AM and lower it because it was too hot.

Amazing stay

House, pool and hot tub was even more amazing then the pictures. Great neighborhood! Property manager Siliva was amazing!! Had 1 small problem with the hot tub heating. I called, she answered right away. I told her about the issue and it wasn't a huge deal would just like it fixed in the next day or two. She personally came within a couple hours and fixed the issue. 5 stars for the property, price and the manager!!

Peaceful

Even though property was in a neighborhood it was still secluded feeling. The property manager was accessible and courteous. This place is good for families. Very easily could sleep 8 people. We enjoyed lounging on the lani and grilling with views of the canals while doing so. Will definitely be staying here again when we travel back down. Absolutely gorgeous property.

The property was amazing . Better than we thought it would be. The only downside i could see was if you had small children which we did not. There were no twin beds and tile was very slippery with wet feet. If they ce running in from pool area they would fall very easily. Beautiful location very quiet.
