Upstairs from a newly built garage, the space features vaulted ceilings, an open-concept living area, and thoughtful touches throughout. With two inviting bedrooms, two full baths, and a fully stocked kitchen, this retreat was designed for guests who want to relax, recharge, and feel right at home.

Brew a fresh cup of coffee (or tea — we’ve got you covered), whip up breakfast in the bright kitchen, then wander downtown to explore local favorites like Mr. Yo’s Donuts, Peculier Ales, or a lakeside stroll at Windsor Lake, just six blocks away.

After a day of exploring, head back to unwind in the cozy living space, catch a movie, or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets.

Pretty, clean & modern. Has everything. The garage is very narrow. VRBO has hidden charges. ch

They thought of everything. The property was perfect. Management was responsive. However, VRBO itself is unethical and we were charged an undocumented fee of $63 which was not in the contract. My cc showed that they were going to charge us another $63 in Nov. We stayed once in Oct. So why? I read the contract carefully and the charges were not listed and as it turns out, it's separate from the property charges. How's a customer to know? The garage is in an alley and it's very narrow and difficult to get into. We have a Toyota Highlander and it barely fit. Just an FYI. At least there's a garage.

Great stay

My husband and I stayed with some friends for a wedding weekend and the location was perfect. Easy to find, great communication, and the most comfortable stay we’ve had in a long time. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. The hot chocolate and coffees were wonderful

Fantastic loft space

The process was easy and the hosts were highly communicative. The space was very clean and perfect for myself, my partner, my brother and my niece to all be ready for a wedding. Highly recommend when staying in Windsor.

We stayed in May 2022 and everything appeared brand new! It was the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed in as far as overall newness and freshness and that is why we came back. This time September just a few months later it lacked some of the freshness. The shower curtain in master shower is way too large and when wet smells of mildew. There is large spot on the couch in the living room. And the beautiful throw in the living room needs washing. Despite these minor things it is lovely and we will stay again.

What a great stay my friends and I had at this little loft! All the amenities and new home finishes created a great atmosphere for us during our stay. Thoroughly enjoyable and I highly recommend it! Great area too!

Amazing little loft in a perfect location

Locust Loft provided my family and I the perfect spot to call home for a few days while back in the area visiting family! We were able to conveniently visit family and friends and walk to our old favorite watering holes such as The Tavern and Windsor Lake Coffee. The loft was comfortable and the property management company was attentive and wonderful to work with. We will definitely make Locust Loft our go-to spot for our frequent visits back to NOCO!
