Upon entering Grayshores Getaway, you will be welcomed into a spacious entryway that leads to the main living areas and main floor bedrooms. The expansive living room is furnished with a new sectional, where you can relax and enjoy the lake view with friends and family. Sharing space in this large room you'll have the kitchen and dining area. Wall-to-wall windows create a haven for gazing at Conesus Lake from multiple vantage points. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any chef as they prepare gourmet meals, and ideal for those that want to create their own culinary favorites.

Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms; offering the perfect space to get a good night's rest after your day of play at the lake. The master bedroom with king bed is equip with an ensuite bathroom and office space for working while at the lake. Off the main hallway you will find the second of three full bathrooms, conveniently located near the bedrooms.

A bonus room, located at lake level, offers additional space to relax and mingle with your group of travelers. A navy-blue shiplap wall with gas fireplace competes for the focal point of the room with the stunning views outside. Just around the corner, a galley style kitchenette can be found. Store your lake snacks and beverages here. The last three of the six bedrooms can be found on this lower level. Consider yourself lucky to stay on this level – you're closer to the lake! A beautiful walk out patio offers a little shade from those hot summer days. Stone steps off the patio lead you directly to the beach, or the dock to take in more lake views or enjoy fishing and sunbathing.

Grayshores Getaway is located just a few short minutes from Geneseo and Lakeville, and close enough for a day trip to both Letchworth & Stonybrook State Parks.
