Cosy and functional chalet of 75m2 located in the Bec de l'Aigle district, approximately 400m on foot from the Masseboeuf ski lifts.
This individual chalet has two private parking spaces right in front.
A superb view of the Plomb du Cantal will be offered to you.
Facing due south, you can enjoy the outdoors thanks to the garden plot surrounding the accommodation.
This property offers on the first level a living area consisting of a dining space with a large table, 6 chairs, a lounge area with a sofa bed, 2 club armchairs, 2 poufs and a television. An open kitchen area will also be on this level equipped with a mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette appliance, top refrigerator...
Still on the same level, a bathroom with hairdryer and a toilet.
You will also find a separate second toilet.
Finally, you will find a bedroom with a 140x190 bed.
On the second level, you will have two rooms at your disposal, one with a 140X190 bed and the other with 2 beds of 90x190.
Duvets, mattress protectors and pillows are provided.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.
Possibility of renting them through our agency.
This accommodation is non-smoking.
Animals are allowed in this chalet with a supplement of 35 euros.
A deposit will be requested.
