Your whole group will enjoy convenient access to so many parts of Chattanooga from this centrally located home in North Chattanooga! Walking distance to Coolidge Park, Northshore amenities, and Publix grocery store…walking back is up hill, but after a great meal, it is necessary!

Just a short drive across the bridge (or a great walk for enthusiasts) to downtown and all it offers…aquariums, art museum, restaurants, ball park, trail of tears memorial, sculpture gardens, hiking and biking trails!!

Enjoy your coffee on the front porch or the back deck! Kitchen is fully stocked for stay at home cooking . Newly furnished with ultra comfy beds, silky linens, and fluffy pillows. Leave your supplies at home…we offer towels, shampoos, body wash, soaps, toilet tissue, Kleenex, make up removers, coffee, creamers, and sugars!

While we do love dogs, we ask that they not be allowed on the furniture or beds! If they are bed sleepers, please bring an extra blanket or sheet for them to rumble in!! All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to booking; $25 pet fee applies.

We have the house sprayed quarterly for the famous chattanooga bugs! We are near the river and the woods and all houses in N Chatt will have the occasional visitors. Be assured, we do our best to have your stay be free of pests!!

Clean, comfortable, convenient

This property provided perfect lodging for my colleague and me during a conference at the Chattanooga Convention Center, just a short drive away. The house was clean, well stocked, and sufficiently roomy. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

This was a great cottage for our family of 4. Clean, convenient location, had everything we needed. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the deck etc. but spent most of our time visiting family and events in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

I planned a working vacation to Chattanooga and was looking for a place where my dog would be welcome. I also wanted to be in the thick of if it all with lots of activities nearby. This little home away from home delivered. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and found this house to be a joy to visit. I hope I am welcome back and look forward to staying here again.

Property Owner is very attentive and wants your stay to be enjoyable. Although there are minor cosmetic items they are cleaning up, overall the house is very clean, very organized, and extremely convenient. One of the better homes I have stayed in!..Thanks

Fantastic!

The house was exactly as it was when viewing photos on VRBO. The location was AMAZING! 10 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga! The host was very responsive to my inquiries! I stayed with my girlfriend I've known for over 40 years for a girl's trip! We had a wonderful time! I would stay there again! Recommend it 10/10!!! It was perfect!

Great house!

This house was perfect for our two-day getaway. It was just as described, pictures were accurate. Place was clean, beds were comfortable, check-in/out process was seamless. The house had everything we needed, only thing I would add is a full length mirror. Cathy was a great host, she was available everytime I messaged her. She was very thoughtful and flexible when I thought we were giving to have to postpone our trip. Definitely recommend this house if you're visiting Chattanooga.

Comfort at the Top of the Hill

A wonderful home away from home for exploring Chattanooga! Quiet and safe neighborhood tucked away in north Nooga, with easy access to everything by car, or by foot for a killer cardio workout. The home and its amenities were the true joy for us - best equipped kitchen and best stocked bathrooms of any VRBO we have rented. Everything you would ever need or ever might need. The living room furniture was very comfortable as well as the beds. Thank You for a most enjoyable stay in this unassuming gem of a house!

Everything was perfect! I love that there was makeup remover items and toiletries. I accidentally forgot some of mine and I was so happy I didn’t have to stress to find some. We definitely will be staying here again.

Our stay at "top of the hill" in North Chattanooga was perfect. We experienced very prompt and thoughtful communication during booking and providing property details. The home was spotless with kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry all stocked for upcoming needs. The location was in quiet convenient neighborhood with access to all that Chattanooga offers, easily exploring the north shore, downtown and beyond. The kitchen, dining room and living room were well equipped and very comfortable for sharing meals and relaxing in front of large television. The set up with 1 bedroom/bath on the main floor and a second bedroom/bath on the lower level provided the perfect amount of privacy and separation for multigenerational family members/couples. I hope to stay here again on our next visit to Chattanooga.

Great location on northshore

We loved our stay at this cute home in Chattanooga’s northshore area. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. The location was perfect for us - walking distance to shops, restaurants, Coolidge Park, and downtown. Be prepared for the hills.

Quaint home with everything you need

We had two “kids” and two adults as well as our pup. We were very comfortable during our stay and really loved the home. I am kind of a clean freak and would’ve liked the bathroom to be cleaned a little more in places like under the sink and the grout, but that is truly my only complaint which isn’t even a complaint, I’m probably just extra sensitive to the dust! I liked the location as it was nearby everything and easy to find. Do beware it’s really only a one car parking spot especially if you have a bigger car. Otherwise you will have to park in front of the home, on the road. We come to Chatt often to visit our sister who is in college and would definitely stay here again. (:

Chattanooga hilltop hideaway

Loved our stay here. Two bedrooms two bathrooms and a clean space to hang out after having fun in the city. Didn't walk up that hill because we could drive. Great location and lots of fun.
