Clydes Cottage, Brand new remodel

Newly remodeled 650sqft house, October 2021. Walking distance to river, and downtown. This is located right next to Birdies bungalow, so if you need more space look at renting both houses.
There is everything you will need to make this a perfect vacation away from home. Linens, towels, bathroom toiletries, laundry supplies, and cooking utensils are all included. Brand new forced air AC unit. There are 3 adult, and 3 youth bikes
A lot of love went into remodeling this space.

This place sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Please note that more than 4 adults would make sleeping arrangements difficult.

Great Place to Stay

This cottage was modern and updated and decorated beautifully.It allowed us to visit other places in Montana in addition to Yellowstone National Park.

Clydes Cottage was perfect for the two of us. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the backyard is private.

Wonderful accommodations!

This was a great place to stay while visiting Livingston! Very comfortable accommodations overall, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked, super clean and tidy! Easy walking to town and close to anything needed.

Cozy place in the neighborhood

We came to Livingston to visit family and help take care of their children. This place was perfect for us. Comfortable and clean. Great spot for our visit.

Mountain getaway

Great home base to walking trails and Yellowstone. Great place to stay. Had everything we needed. House was beautiful. Nice to have a washer and dryer also. Would stay again . . the area!

Exactly what we were looking for

What a wonderful rental, clean, great location, quiet area to use as base camp for our stay in Livingston. Communication with Hana was easy and it is obvious that the property is cared for. We will definitely stay here again Thank you Hana:)

Livingston getaway

We loved this tiny remodeled house in Livingston. It was perfect distance to great restaurants and everything we wanted to do. The space was very clean and the check in/checking out was a breeze. Definitely recommend if going to a local hot spring or Yellowstone, this will serve as a great comfortable home to come back to.

Very cute

This property was conveniently located to everything we were trying to do. It was tiny but it met our needs. The one downside was that there was not a microwave.

Livingston wedding

We came to Livingston for a wedding. Found this cottage to be very clean and comfortable for the three days we stayed. The amenities were perfect including bear spray and floss picks which were appreciated. Nice and quiet with private patio and charcoal grill. The location was very convenient to town and to the wedding venue. Easily drivable from Yellowstone and Big Sky.

Small Beds

This is a lovely property. My only complaint is that the owner does not disclose in the listing that the two beds are "double beds" I foolishly assumed these were queen beds. Two adults in a double bed is not comfortable.

The Cottage and the neighboring bungalow; were purchased in the summer of 2020.
Marcus, a Landscaper and Hana, a jeweler also a native Montana Local, fell in love with
livingston. If it weren't for our roots in Gallatin County, we would live in Livingston in a
heart beat.
Enjoy being surrounded by the big Sky country, Rolling rivers, Yellowstone National Park
and yet have all the comforts of home.
Be our guest in this cozy Cottage nesteled right in town, and yet still a short drive to the
river, mountains and the National park.
