Simple and Satisfying

Cute little place to stay, had a great time in the area and the owner was very responsive. Some of the finish work around the unit could be touched up to be more appealing but it wouldnt hinder me from staying again. Wash cloths may be a nice addition as well. Overall great experience!

Exactly what it should be

Property was convenient and clean had everything we could need check n was definitely easy and host was awesome will definitely stay here again when we come to Tampa could not ask for more

It was fine for just 3 days

First my biggest complaint was the horribly stinky trash can, it was placed right next to the patio set. The odor could be smelled from the driveway when the wind was right. We didn’t care to eat outside for that reason. They said the bedding and towels were washed with unscented laundry products, but they were still scented— i get headaches. Would have been nice to have had a toaster. I used the broiler in the oven
 it worked and we had toast:) There were plenty of comfy pillows and blankets for my 2 girls. There are 2 window ac units
. but then also central air. You sure won’t be too hot :). Place was mostly clean. Kitchen table took a bit of scrubbing to not show dirt on the paper towels. I used paper plates and plastic utensils— though they did have stock of what you need— just not much silverware

Minor issues, cozy place

From the photos this is clearly a great little place to stay, and that's true, it provides everything that's listed. Beside a few TLC items: wallpaper, shower, and bedroom outlets (no major issues); this place gave us everything we needed and the owner was super easy to communicate with. I wouldn't have a problem staying here again

Property was great!!!

I had what I needed at this property. It was clean and neat. Only one suggestion. For me the flat screen TV in the family room was great. It might be good to have another TV in the bed room for guests who want to watch TV in bed.

Great location

This is a wonderful small home that does it job. Everything is only 12 minutes from the house and it was super convenient for my wife and I. We will definitely be recommending this home to our family during our next visit.

Great stay!

My kids and I stayed while visiting my brother and his new baby! We were not here a lot but it was great. The beds were so comfortable, and even with scorching temps it stayed cool. Very happy with everything!

Perfect spot for us to stay while visiting USF. Clean, and convenient to everything. And the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on!

Very small ants were everywhere in the kitchen, the ice maker isn’t working, it was fine

We were thankful for communication with owner, a few things need fixing and sensor lights need to be installed for night lighting. No washing machine or dryer on property. We did fine staying here. Thank you

Conveniently located

We went to Busch Gardens for the weekend. This property was about 5 minutes away. It was private and just what we needed, comfy queen bed for us and two beds for my teen sons. Host communicated check in process well.
