Perfect Location

This condo was the perfect place for our trip. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed listening to the waves, went across the street to get coffee, and down the road to Publix. We found a couple of fantastic restaurants nearby and the neighbors were quiet. It is an older building and that wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

Well appointed beachfront condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Easy beach access, plenty to do/eat nearby! The beds were comfortable and the owner left us all necessities that would be needed! The floors could have been cleaner, our feet were black on the bottom if you walked barefoot inside the condo. But, overall this condo was great! We’d definitely stay again if we visit the area!

Excellent condo..except

Really nice property. The only problem is that we like TV at night, we are not partiers. So the TV issues should be fixed for future folk. The TV should have a unit password and clear instructions IN THE UNIT. 4 stars from us.

Absolute gem

The building is located in a great area. It is easy to spot your building due to trim colors. We arrived when they were beginning to resurface the parking lot so everyone was using underground parking garage. The work took a bit longer due to spring rains. Furnished well. Tile throughout on floors, easy to tidy up. We travel with our pug who especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony each late afternoon/evening when we came back from the beach. My daughter was able to fly in from Nevada for 4 days and she lived the extra bedroom, full closet and bath. We would love to stay again.

I booked this trip July 10, 2020 for the week of July 4, 2021. To my surprise after diving for 9 hours the place looked like someone was still there. The condo had not been cleaned. It smelled musty and it was super dated. When I called the property manager I was told they thought it was the following week and to allow them 3-4 hours to clean the condo. Who wants to wait after a long drive another few hours. After I decided I wanted my money back she told me to count my blessing and not my woes. I planned this for a year of course I was upset. I am still waiting for my money from VRBO even though shes had my money for a year.

Excellent stay

The condo was exactly as described, well equipped and very comfortable. I had no issues communicating with the owner as she responded very quickly to the couple of queries I had both before and during our stay. The only reason I have marked down the accuracy of description is because we were unable to use the garage as the electronic door opener does not work. This did not negatively impact our stay as there is plenty of surface parking. We hopefully will return.

So relaxing!

Condo was right on the beach. Private entrance to the beach. Condo itself was so clean! Theresa (the owner) was so friendly and helpful. Very quick to respond to any questions we had. If we ever come back down to Ormand beach, we'll come back.
