Lägenhet på 9: e våningen, 2 sovrum och 2 badrum. Helt renoverad från topp till botten 2015. Smakfullt och bekvämt inredda med alla nya möbler inklusive nya minnesskummadrasser, trägolv i hela lägenheten.

Sovrummet har king size-säng och queen size-soffa, med promenad till stor balkong. Utsikten från sängen är otrolig. Stor garderob och sminkfänga. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar (hela). Varje sovrum har en helt ny 48-tums "Smart" T. V. Höga sängkläder och sängöverdrag.

Master bad med ny fåfänga och inventarier och fullt badkar / dusch. 2: a bad med ny fåfänga och inventarier med duschkabin.

Andelslägenhet har ett stort takvåningssamhälle kök / festrum och bibliotek. Uppvärmd pool med promenad till ingen körstrand, bastu och träningsrum på lägre nivå.

20 minuter till Daytona International Speedway, under en timme till Cape Canaveral, drygt en timme till Orlando attraktioner och St Augustine. Nära till många topprankade golfbanor.
Ormondy är vänligt säkert och säkert. Gångavstånd till livsmedelsbutik / apotek, barer och bagerier / kaféer. County Lifeguard placerade bara 100 meter från byggnaden på stranden för säker simning. Många fina restauranger i området också.

Views outstanding

This is our second time staying in the Ormandy. This unit is very comfortable, ocean view, and the view north for miles of A1A along the coast is spectacular. We really like this general location for a month winter break.

Fantastic condo!

Love this condo! My husband and I have stayed at many condos in Ormond Beach and this one, by far, was the best all around! We just had 2 weeks of relaxing here! Checking in could not have been any easier, the owner was so helpful! The condo itself was amazing! Clean, warm and inviting! Everything you could want is here. The balcony was the best place to relax, the outdoor furniture was so comfy, I took several naps listening to the ocean! The view was the best, I loved how far north I could see the beaches! Thanks again to the owners for sharing their piece of paradise, we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent host communications, everything as advertised

Pros - Great layout and furnishings, kitchen well equipped, secure building, host was totally responsive, nice pool, close to beach. We particularly liked the balcony furnishings, shaded, with a view in both directions. There were a couple of minor issues, uncompleted remedies from the recent hurricane, but nothing that affected our stay. And, it appears that they will be finished within a week. Plenty of seaweed on the beach, but won’t prevent taking a chair and enjoying the waves. We normally would have rated it a 4.0-4.5, but all agreed that the host did everything to solve the very few issues we encountered, and he and the unit deserves a 5.

Awesome unit and view

We’ve been coming to the Ormandy every summer for over 10 years. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit of the Ormandy, and will gladly come back. I love the security of gated, underground, assigned parking, direct access to the beach from the garage near the pool & bathroom. The unit is comfortable and welcoming. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sun rise over the beach and sun set over the Halifax river in comfortable chairs. The owner is extremely responsive. The tv wasn’t working and he had the cable company out there in a couple hours! A great beach get away.

Beach

The condo was great. It did have more security but some of the doors were hate to open with your hands full . We came for the beach , we are in our 70’s and found it hard to walk on this beach . This has nothing to do with the condo, the view was great from the balcony and we love sitting on it. We have always enjoyed walks and being in the ocean but the beach here was hard to walk on and the ocean floor was very uneven, lots of dips . Over all a good week.

Nice place to stay

Very nice and well kept Condo. Everything you could need. Back sliding door is a bit difficult to open and microwave doesn't heat well but other than that the stay was perfect.

Beautiful view of the Beach and the River. Sunrise and Sunset!

Our favorite thing to do at this Condo is relax on the Balcony and enjoy the fantastic view. The condo is very nice and the owner is very responsive. We look forward to coming back next year!!!

Comfortable with Great Views

This stay was fantastic! The condo was spacious and beautiful and was furnished with everything we could have needed. The views were spectacular. Easy beach access and my boys loved the pool. The restaurants close by were also really good. The building was secure and parking was easy. Our host was communicative and very responsive when I contacted him. We would definitely book again!

Beach Condo

Great family Spring Break

We had a great week on Orm9nd Beach. Enjoyed the condo right on the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked and there was a nice supply of bath and beach towels to use. It was nice to be able to leave oir beach supplies on the ground floor by the car. Facility was very secure. Enjoyed swimming at the pool when the beach was too windy and also enjoyed playing shuffleboard. When we had an issue with the internet the owner was very helpful and quick to take action. The top floor clubhouse was also nice to use on occasion to get together with our larger group.

Quiet and Beautiful Paradise

We stay at units all over the area because my family still lives there where I grew up. This is, by far, my favorite so far!!! Great view from the condo. Easy check-in. Fabulous location. Absolutely spotless. All of the beds were so comfortable. The unit has everything you need for the kitchen, sleeping, beach activities, etc. Secure building with key fobs and parking garage. We will absolutely stay here again!!!!

Nice place

Very nice place to rest and relax. Away from the busyness of Daytona beach area. Was looking for a recliner because that was in the pictures, but didn’t have one. Was disappointed in that as I have back and leg problems. Water was turned off one day from 8:30 until 2:30, but wasn’t a big deal to us. They gave us plenty notice before they did it. The view was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed that for sure. Had everything we needed provided. Nice week for us.
