This apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.
Located at 6 Promenade Kennedy, on the 6th floor of a residence with an elevator, you will enjoy an exceptional location with a breathtaking view of the bay of Les Sables and immediate access to all amenities.
The apartment is bright and spacious, featuring a large living-dining room with a huge bay window overlooking the sea. It is equipped with a coffee table, a large sofa, a TV, and a dining table with 6 chairs.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, and a washing machine.
Sleeping area:
The first bedroom has a 140 cm bed and plenty of storage.
The second bedroom is spacious, with a large 180 cm bed. Both rooms offer a stunning view of the channel and La Chaume.
The large bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, a storage unit, a hairdryer, and a separate toilet.
An outdoor south-facing balcony allows you to fully enjoy the scenery, equipped with deck chairs and armchairs for maximum comfort.
A secure bicycle storage room is also available.
