Not what we expected

The two stars are because the host was very responsive and refunded our money. Some of these details may no longer apply, so check with the host to verify. I had to reach out to the host to get check in details the day before our stay, nothing was provided previously. The property was also used to rent out a vehicle through through another service. The house itself was not clean, the carpets had major stains in every room, the walls were dirty, and there was some dead worm thing crusted to the floor in the main entry room. Some of the linens had stains on them. We walked through the property and decided we were not comfortable staying there with our kids. To the host's credit, after communicating all this and letting them know I was requesting a refund, they were very responsive and quick to work out a solution.

Family stay

We arrived earlier than expected and the host was gracious to allow us to have an early check in, home is beautiful, could use some updates and cleaning, along with dusting, 10 mins away from the army training base which was our main reason for our stay, very convenient.

Property Owner was very accessible and got a left behind item returned ASAP!!

We came to Columbia for my USC student's birthday celebration so this was a perfect place to stay. Not far from USC campus. Owner was very accessible for any questions we had and when a valuable item was accidently left behind he was very helpful in getting it tracked down and to my USC student so it could be returned to us. Very much appreciated.

Nice place and close to the Army base. Confortable beds! Nice host!

To be honest, we were barely there due to graduation festivities but Santez was very kind and accommodating and and the home was nice and met all our needs. The beds were sooo comfortable! Thank you Santez for being so kind and accommodating!

Columbia House

The house was clean and comfortable, definitely meet our needs. With the addition of a coffee pot and toaster, it would have been about perfect! If we're ever in the Columbia area again, we would absolutely stay again.

LOVED IT!!! Enjoyed my stay at this property

I was skeptical at first about renting this property b/c it was a new listing with no reviews. The owner was VERY NICE and answered all questions and concerns I had prior to booking. When we arrived at the property, the personalized door code gave us access inside. NO HASSLE. We were happy with the location. WELL LIT/QUIET/NICE NEIGHBORS. Once inside the home everything was neat and clean. The backyard is big with a deck for relaxing or grilling. I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY HERE! Thank again Mr. Santez
