Superb modern apartment for 4 people, fully equipped , tastefully decorated. In the heart of Paris and very well located you will be next to the famous Père Lachaise district, close to Place de la Bastille, numerous shops, cafes and restaurants nearby for all tastes. My accommodation is ideal for a successful Parisian stay with family or friends

Apartment of 40 m2 located on the 1st floor without elevator which includes:
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 living room with sofa bed, a dining table for 4 people

- 1 fully equipped open kitchen (hob, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine)
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
