Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath Duplex unit with inviting private, outdoor patio and ample parking. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, the second bedroom has a single bed that can also be made into a king or two singles. All brand new furniture and quality mattresses, as the property was recently completely renovated and fully furnished. The Building has hurricane impact windows and a brand new roof and AC system. The spacious living room comes with two comfortable, new sofas and a lovely arm chair. The Eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dining room table and four chairs as well as pots, pans, plates etc. The unit has high speed internet and streaming services TV. A shared washer and dryer is located in between the two units at no additional charge. The property is located just a short drive or bike ride to the beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, LA Fitness, a public pool, 2 playgrounds, splash pad, boat ramp, a library and more. 5 Minutes to downtown Boca Raton and the Boca Raton Resort, 3 minutes to Downtown Deerfield and the award winning beach and boardwalk. Nice duplex unit

Everything about this property was true to the listing. The only disappointment was that for 3 out of the 4 weeks we were there, there was significant construction going on (tear down and replacing porch overhang and roofing the entire building, painting, construction in the unoccupied unit next door). We found out about this at 10:30 PM on the night before all this commenced. We had traveled 1500 miles to this destination, so there wasn't much we could do about it. The owners did give us a gift certificate to a local restaurant. We made the best of it, going to the beach, golfing, etc., but it wasn't the quiet stay we were hoping for!

Awesome and Dog Friendly

Great little duplex. Close to Mizner Park/Royal Palm/A1A and Beaches. Great hosts and great neighbors. Our dog was welcomed and played with several dogs at neighboring homes. The place was very clean and super inviting. Hoping to return to South Florida soon and will definitely re-book.

When we first arrive at the Property the Room has it very dirty sheets and Bathroom was Not properly clean. Enthernet signal is at the lowest level of signal strength.... No Communication, phone calls Return by the property owner.Today i got a Additional charges claiming they need to do additional cleaning... FRAUD....SCAM..... DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY YOU WILL REGREAT YOUR SELF!

Good stay in a very convenient location

Clean and comfy stay in a location near many stores and restaurants and easy access to Boca or Fort Lauderdale since you're close to I95. Appreciated the washer/dryer. For this to become a 5 star review for the price paid, it would be the details. Hand soap. Extra toilet paper. We had to buy all those things.

Fantastic home-from-home in the sun

Lots of listings claim to offer a home-from-home, but this 2-bedroom villa really delivered. Great location in a very quiet neighbourhood just 1 mile from the beach (and a five minute walk to the shops), great air conditioning, spotlessly clean, super-comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and access to a (free) washer and dryer. And really nice, responsive, communicative and professional hosts too. Just fantastic. It was like having our own little house near the beach - absolutely loved it and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. It was clean, cozy, and convenient to the places we needed to go. Communication was good. Checking in and out was super easy. The location is quiet. I love walking and it was an enjoyable walk to the beach.

We loved it

We really enjoyed staying here. We came down for our daughter’s graduation with family and the backyard was perfect for all of us to hang out celebrate her accomplishments. It’s tucked back and quiet yet a short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay again

The property was great it suited our needs. If there were any questions Tinka or Chris responded almost immediately to take care of any problems. The location was very good, property was spotless, and the 1 mile walk to the beach was easy and enjoyable.. I would recommend this property.

Home away from home

Overall experience exceeded our expectations. Great location, lovely neighborhood. Close to the beach and restaurants. Clean and quiet place. Tinka and Chris were great hosts. Tinka was a wonderful host. The unit is better than pictured, yes truly. Super clean, bright, and airy. All furniture and home goods were carefully curated for guests' comfort. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, shopping, and tons of restaurants. We highly recommend this property & host. You will love it!!

Beautiful vacation!

Rental property located 8 min drive from beach. Good location walking distance to strip mall/ convenient store. Quiet street. Manager let us check in 2 hrs early which was so helpful. A/c worked well. The only thing I didn’t like was the setup of the bedroom with beds split & pushed to outside of room ( which is what we were planing to do for 2 of our kids) was not possible with the way bed was set up. We had to leave 1 bed on one side & put the other mattress on the floor on other side of room for the other one. Well stocked with towels, dishes silverware, beach towels. Clean.

The beach, shopping, restaurants, playgrounds, water parks, pools, LA Fitness, Starbucks and more is right around the corner. Bring your own boat or rent one, boat charters, bike rentals, paddle boarding and surfing classes available near by. This is truly Florida lifestyle at its best!
