Seas the Day is a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse-style single-family home located in the heart of Marathon.

The home features an open floor plan combining the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room offers cozy seating and a flat-screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals. The master suite includes a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo and double vanity sinks. One guest bedroom hasa pyramid bunk bed (twin, full, twin), while the other offers a queen bed. The guest bathroom features a shower.

For convenience, the laundry area is located in the hallway between the bedrooms, and there is a half bath on the main level off the living room.

Outdoor Amenities:
Underneath the house, enjoy a vibrant outdoor space with a colorful picnic table, a lobster trap bar table, a high-top table with two chairs, and plenty of Adirondack chairs. String lights add a charming ambiance at night. Two grills are available—one propane and one charcoal. Please use grills outside of the covered area.

Parking: Room for 2-3 vehicles (without a trailer). If bringing a boat, park the trailer on the left side of the house (avoiding the mailbox) and fit up to two cars in the driveway.

Note: This property does not include dockage. Guests can store their boat on a trailer and launch it daily at nearby public ramps.

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property. Dogs 50lbs or under.
