You have never experienced an A-Frame like this before with its soaring 30-foot panel of glass windows in it's bright and awe inspiring open beam great room. This large classic A-Frame is 3 stories high with 2,100 sf of space. The great room opens onto a large elevated deck for taking in the lake and mountain views.

-Common Area (under the stairs) - 1 Twin Bed

2nd Floor - 1 Bedroom and Full Bathroom with a Bathtub/Shower with hallway access to the Loft

-Private Bedroom (closeable door) - 1 Queen Bed

3rd Floor - Loft with shared open Bedroom Spaces and Sitting Area
Bed Arrangements:
-Shared Loft (no closeable door) - 2 Queen Beds

Please note the loft will let in natural light as the loft looks down at the family room and A-Frame glass window. The 2 skylights have motorized blinds to help reduce some of the natural lighting. The private bedrooms have black-out shades filtering most of the morning sun.

GUEST ACCESS
This listing is for the entire cabin and property and no other guest will be on the property during your stay.

PETS:
Pre-screened Dogs are welcomed for an additional fee of $125 and the host's approval prior to the start of your booking. Two (2) Dogs max. They must be house trained, stay off the furniture and bedding and never left unattended in the A-Frame unless crated. It is at the owner's discretion to deny hosting dog(s) and determining if the dog is a good fit for the property. Only dogs are allowed, no other pets are welcome.

DAY GUESTS:
Host's Pre-approval is required for Day Guest's use of the property. A Day Guests fee of $75 will be applied and arrangements made with the host. Day Guest's hours are 10am to 9pm.

The property is located near the North shore of Lake Arrowhead and is easily accessible via level entry with only 2 steps leading to the front door off the elevated deck. The property has ample parking space and RV parking available upon request

For guest convenience the entire property is fully fenced with the A-Frame sitting in the center of the property.

Lake Arrowhead is a PRIVATE lake and is subject to the owner and Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) to grant lake and trail access to short term renters. Please inquire about how to access the lake and trails. Their are fees associated with this access and placing a booking does not guarantee lake access.

The A-Frame cabin is located off the highway on the non-tourist side of the lake. Due to the proximity of the highway and lake, some car and boat noise might result during your stay. The benefit of being off the highway is the cabin is easy to locate and we are among the first to get plowed during a snowstorm which allows easier access.

You may have up to four (4) vehicles on the property. If additional vehicles or RV parking is needed, please reach out to the host for special accommodations as parking is limited at times due to weather conditions.

There are 2 sets of staircases in the A-Frame cabin. The main staircase leads to the 2nd level bedroom. The loft stairs are narrow and steeper than traditional stairs.

Wildlife is everywhere. There is always a possibility to encounter dangerous animals such as bear, bat, snake and wolf. Food should not be left outside or in your vehicle.

The fireplace is natural gas with faux logs. Please do not burn wood in the fireplace.

A natural gas BBQ is available and located on the deck.
