Cozy 2 bedroom condo, convenient location to Vail Mountain.

Beautifully updated private condo on a tranquil creek. Brooktree condo complex is located in the Sandstone neighborhood on the sunny north side of the frontage road just across the hwy from Lionshead Village.

Two story condo with 2 upstairs bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed and a workspace perfect for a laptop. The second bedroom has two full beds. Full bath upstairs with a shower/tub.

The unit is equipped with everything you need to cook meals while enjoying the gas fireplace. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for laundry.

The Brooktree condo complex is on the free town of Vail bus route and is a short 5 min walk to the bus stop. Bus comes 2+ times per hour and has drop off locations to Lionshead or Vail Village.

One parking spot is included in the rental.

No SMOKING (even outside) and No PETS as rules per the HOA. Town of Vail License #028036

Perfect for us!

We really enjoyed our stay. Traveling with 2 kids under 7, we found it to be perfect for our needs and very comfortable. Our daughters loved playing in the snow in front of the patio, and I enjoyed watching them from inside. Great location and easy access to the bus stop.

Cozy Condo

This condo was perfect for us. Very cozy with a fire place and sliding glass door looking out to the creek watching the snowfall. Great location! So close to the slopes, shopping and restaurants! Thanks Tony!!

This was a nice place! Great location 1 min walk from shuttle. Tony was great had the heat turned on for us. Checked in us to make sure everything was good and gave us a couple restaurant recommendations.

Family weekend

The condo was nice. Clean. As advertised. Couple of things, the fireplace didn’t work and the heating system is quite old and took our entire stay to heat up. The parking lot and stairs around the complex could use more salt and/or shoveling. It was super icy! Otherwise good stay.

Cozy and comfortable

We enjoyed this property very much! It is a short walk to the (free) bus stop. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet. Everything we needed was provided.
