The minimum age requirement is 28 years for the principal booker.

Pool heating is NOT included in the rental rate; we require an additional pool fee of $50-100 PER DAY, depending on the year's season. We DO NOT preheat the pool and spa. During hot months: July, August, and September: most likely, we do not ask for a pool deposit. We might ask for a pool fee during April, May, and June. Spa heating is $25 - 35 per day extra from Nov - April. If you pay for the pool heating, the spa is included.

Instructions will be emailed three days before the rental date.

We loved it. Very clean and we loved the open area where we could all congregate. We also loved the location to the Cove Oasis hiking area. Would definitely stay there again. Great experience.

La Quinta Sky

The house is as advertised. It is well equipped, modern and beautiful. The location is only two blocks from the La Quinta walking trails and it is only a short drive to downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much.

La Quinta SKY home

We have stayed at this property twice now. Booking was easy, the host Nadia was helpful, responsive and very nice. The property is outstanding. All of the usual great things like clean, well stocked, etc but the secluded pool, jaccuzzi puts this property over the top. Love the neighborhood also. We can’t wait to book again.

The house is terrific. It was clean, modern and plenty of room for us. The location is very convenient to hikes, golf and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. Nadia is wonderful to work with, she answered all our question immediately. We will definitely book this house again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool and spa were an additional charge and each time we wanted to use the spa we had to wait an hour for it to warm up. Well decorated, nice neighborhood, close to hiking trails.

Absolutely stunning!

This house was freaking gorgeous! The pictures did not do it justice! The kitchen was well stocked and had all we needed to prepare meals. The towels and linens were high quality and the bed was comfortable. We were sad to leave and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
