Family friendly beautiful single home walking distance to airport and 5 minute away from Chris Greene Lake which is absolutely wonderful park! Obviously the lake is a huge attraction, swimming, boating/kayaking/rafting, fishing and so much more. .
If your looking for a very comfortable house to stay in Charlottesville or visiting friends and family, this is the house for you.

2,500 sq ft house. A gem for not being far from Charlottesville Down town. located in , Virginia, 2 minutes away from Hollymead shopping center. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

House will sleep up to 8 people, 3 bedrooms, huge living room, 2 full bathrooms, 1king, 1 queen,1 full, 2 sofa beds, and 1 bunk bed. House has central heat and air. All linens provided, fully stocked kitchen including dishes, washer and dryer, 4 hdtv's and high speed wifi. Completely fenced in backyard.

Cville trip

I had a great stay at this rental house. The place was very clean and well-organized, which made it super comfortable from the start. The location was also a big plus—just a short drive from local shopping and everything I needed. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a convenient and tidy place to stay!

Family Wedding

3 night stay for son's wedding. Close to hotel that was home base for wedding party, and close to Early Mountain Vineyard, which is where the wedding took place. House was clean and comfortable.

Great living space!

The living spaces are very roomy and great for families to gather. Neighborhood is quiet. I love that I was able to bring my dog along. Some of the pictures need to be updated and the description/amenities need to be updated as some of them are not accurate. Communication with the owner was great and check-in was simple. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future!

Incredible house!

We stayed here for a chill bachelorette party. The location was convenient — close to town and a quick drive to wineries. It is super spacious — we had plenty of room for 8 people and nice common spaces. Would definitely stay again!

Had everything we needed!

We had a member of our group having surgery nearby, and the house is about 20 minutes from the hospital. It was worth the drive, because we were in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was also optimal for his recovery - there were plenty of towels and a wonderful walk-in shower with a bench. Comfortable and quiet, two musts for our experience! The host was very reachable, as well. Thank you!

Visiting Charlottesville for the holidays

Everything was lovely. It was a bitterly cold weekend, so it took a while for the heat to come up, but that was true for everyone in Charlottesville. The extra blankets were much appreciated!

Clean property, responsive host, great location

We spent a few nights here recently for a Wedding, and enjoyed our stay. House is spacious and clean, and I appreciated having shampoo/conditioner in the master bath. It's in a great location, close to airport and <2miles from Chisholm vineyards, and close to shopping/food. The host is very responsive. The guest bath shower wasn't working. I texted her, and she immediately replied back and had maintenance fix it within the hour. I would 100% stay here again.

Great Stay!

We needed a place to stay between Ruckersville and Crozet to attend various activities between the two locations. This fit the bill perfectly. The home was clean, functional and spacious and worked really well for our family with little kids.

Great location

Our party of 5 was in C'ville for a UVA football game. The location of the house was close to shops/restaurants/grocery and not far from campus. The house was in a quiet, safe neighborhood and was very clean. We'd stay here again!

The great property location

The house is beautiful especially the master’s bedroom however the 2 other bedrooms are small and the bedroom with bunk bed is hot due to the bunk bed is covering the a/c vent. We’re in the area to visit sick family member and we want to prepare home cooked food but the kitchen utensils are very limited. Besides that, it was a good stay.

Spacious, lovely House in Earleysville, VA

Marina's house in Charlottesville was awesome. We stayed comfortably with two friends and their 3 month old. We were visiting a close friend and he brought over his family for dinner on one night of the 3 nights. The house is clean, beautiful and perfectly spacious. Everyone loved the gas fireplace... especially after sitting at the table out back to get a taste of the cool, fresh air:) We also loved the proximity to Harris Teeter (not to mention the airport). Very comfortable home

I and two other family members stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. Host was very responsive to our questions and requests. Kitchen seemed well stocked with plates, utensils and cookware. Currently, TV can only be used to stream shows (no cable access)
