Wonderfully homey and comfortable house with all the amenities we would expect in a vrbo. Very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, very functional kitchen, attractive outdoor surroundings. Just a great place to stay. Would highly recommend, especially for those with dogs.

We had another great stay at the cabin. We love the property. We spent a lot of time outdoors sitting around the fire and hiking through the woods. The bedrooms were very nice and the basement is very spacious. Everything was very clean. Good sized kitchen and large dining table which made a great gathering area for the family. Thank you James for a wonderful weekend.

We had a fantastic wine weekend in Charlottesville staying in this cabin. Perfect location, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The owner is so easy to work with and is excellent with communication and suggestions of places to try out. Highly recommend!

The property offers 10 acres to explore and connects to a large conservation area with wooded walking trails. It was exceptionally quiet. The home was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with essentials and many extras not often found in rentals. It is also conveniently located near several wineries. James responded promptly, which was especially helpful during our short stay. We highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. I would not be surprised if we stay there again in the future. The house was perfect to celebrate my mother-in-law's 80th birthday with family members. We had plenty of space, but we all enjoyed spending as much time as possible on the screened in porch. We all slept very well as the bedrooms were very comfortable. The only disappointment was our stay was only two nights and I wish our trip could have been longer!

Beautiful property and very comfortable home! We had 3 couples in our group and everyone enjoyed the stay. The property would be especially lovely in cooler weather when the firepit could be utilized. The screened porch was a perfect morning spot. (We stayed over an unusually warm Labor Day weekend) The location is very convenient to lovely sites of Charlottesville!

The property was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was nice but was a little further out of town than what we expected. Would recommend this property to others if they didn’t mind driving so far back into town.

We booked this property for a relaxed bachelorette weekend. James was incredible responsive and helpful as a host, balancing our bouncing travel plans and requests for extending and then needing to remove an additional day. Communication was always quick and thoughtful. The house was gorgeous (the pictures really don’t do it justice) and the setting was stunning. The screened in porch was the highlight of the house for us, and was the perfect setting for morning coffees or evening glasses of wine. The kitchen was well suited for all of our cooking needs, and the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. All in all, I cannot recommend this VRBO enough for any type of group.

Excellent location, home and host. Three couples stayed for a weekend in Charlottesville and the house was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and the outdoor spaces- screened in porch and fire pit area were perfect for gathering. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We would all highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Virginia! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The outdoor area was especially peaceful — the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, unwind in the evening, and take in the quiet surroundings. You can tell a lot of care went into creating such a welcoming space. We truly enjoyed every moment and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
