The villa is made up of multiple living spaces, including a main house with 4 bedrooms, and a very spacious exterior with a relaxation pool area, a summer kitchen area and a terrace overlooking the sea.

Located on an enclosed plot of 7,000 m², without any vis-à-vis, the villa offers direct access to the beach. Enjoy a breathtaking sea view from the master bedroom and from the seaside terrace.

The heated outdoor swimming pool, its pool house, as well as its pétanque court promise privileged moments of relaxation.
