La Centrale of Ăle de RĂ© offers you this magnificent villa with a swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Ideally located in the heart of the village of Portes-en-RĂ©, it is close to all amenities: bike rentals, restaurants and shops, offering a perfect setting for your holiday.
The house is comfortable and offers a spacious living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.
SINGLE-STOREY HOUSE:
Spacious and bright living area with lounge area and separate kitchen.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160x200.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160x200.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90x200.
Bedroom 4: 1 trundle bed + 1 travel cot.
You will find 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets in the house.
The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October. Pool heat pumps are programmed to heat to 27°. The actual pool water temperature also depends on the climate: a warm climate increases water temperature, while a cold climate decreases it.
Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Ăle de RĂ©! The island offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays, with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island of 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our house.
Upon your arrival, we will provide you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with tips and our advice to discover Ăle de RĂ© in the best conditions!
The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental, outside the summer period.

Rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
Key handover and on-site house presentation are included.
Tourist tax is not included.
