On the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator, swimming pool (closed from 31st August to 1st December) and sauna, gym, it is located in the Bellevue district of Les Houches, close to the Kandahar slopes and a 5-minute walk from the Prarion gondola lift and 250 meters from the Bellevue gondola lift.
