the background for your holiday getaway. This three-acre property with 100 ft of private Lake Michigan,
just 83 steps down your private staircase from your bluff-top compound, is the perfect setup for your
family to gather and recharge.

INSIDE THE HOME
This Swiss chalet cottage and the guest house were built to take advantage of the outside; you will find comfort and modern amenities inside.
The main house is one of the
original homes in the area and features a beautiful wood ceiling with large beams, white-washed walls,
and new flooring on the first floor. The floor plan is open and includes a living room, dining area, galley
kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom on the first floor. There are beautiful windows that keep the
lake within view from almost every corner. Sliding doors give easy access to the large deck. The second
floor has an open loft with another queen bed, two single beds, and another private bathroom and
shower.

The charming, white-washed guest cottage offers two more bedrooms, a full bath, and large sitting area,
a small fridge, and a coffee pot. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other includes 2 sets-of-bunk
beds (4 beds). Having two separate living areas makes up plenty of space for 14 people and up to two dogs.
The house includes a fireplace, a smart television, and internet access. The Glenn Store is conveniently located a mile away. You can
take care of any last-minute items you forget or enjoy a nice selection of wine, beer, and alcohol and some of the best Pizza you will find in West Michigan. Their Deli offerings won't disappoint. Glenora is
conveniently located between Saugatuck/Douglas and South Haven when you want shopping, dining, or
excellent ice cream.

THE LOCATION
Is Biking high on your list? You are less than 10 miles from the Kal Haven trail, which runs from Kalamazoo to South Haven along an old railway trail. South Haven and Saugatuck are both a 15 minute drive away as well.
