Villa Sol is a recently updated 4 bedroom 3 bath home three minutes (1.5 blocks) away from Lake Michigan Beach access and 15 mins walk to charming downtown South Haven. 8 person hot tub, new appliances, updated bathroom suite, backyard deck and firepit. Kid friendly and pet friendly. Enjoy our bikes, toys and games for the kids. Close to Kal haven bike trail, kayak rentals, or rent a golf cart and enjoy your summer!

This newly remodeled home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps 10 people. You will have access to the entire home except for the basement crawl space and the garage which is used by the host. The main level has an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The Master Suite is on the main floor, it has an attached bathroom with a soaking tub. There is an additional bathroom with a walk in shower on the main level. The kitchen includes a coffee station with a Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee maker, coffee pods, assorted teas and hot chocolate. The kids will love the shaved ice machine, soda stream and the waffle cone maker. The kitchen is stocked with a blender, crockpot, pots and pans, baking sheets and dinnerware. Our new oven has an air fryer function with a large basket for healthy meals. We even provide basic seasonings for you to whip up a home made meal for your family.

The main level also has a new large capacity washer dryer for your use. We provide bed linens, towels and beach towels as well for your use.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bath with a tub/shower combination. Bedrooms one and two both have a queen bed, while bedrooms 3 and 4 have a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle.

The house has high speed Wifi and a television in the living room, with access to streaming services.

For our younger guests, the home includes a Flyer wagon with a cover, pack and play, child plates and utensils (BPA Free), cups with lids and straws, and children’s toys and books. There are also board games, cards and crayons. The kids room has black out curtains for nap times.

The house has ample outdoor space including a front porch with seating for eight, back patio with a dining table, and a hot tub. The back yard also has a fire pit and grill. The hot tub accommodates 8 and has colorful lighting.


The garage houses 4 bikes on a bike stand which guests are free to borrow, beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon to cart the littles or beach stuff.

Pets allowed on a case by case basis, we welcome service animals. There is a pet fee which is $100 per pet per weekly stay, will be lowered for shorter stays.

The home is located on a quiet tree lined street, a block off Black river and a block and half from Lake Michigan Beach Access. It is a a three minute (770 feet, 1.5 blocks) to Lake Michigan Oak Street beach. An easy walk to downtown South Haven with its charming shops, icecream, fudge and coffee places. Easy access to the Kal Haven trail for biking. 6 mins drive to Kids Corner. Easy drive to local wineries.

Contactless check in will utilize a personal code for the front door lock which will be sent to you 1-2 days prior to arrival and will activate at 4pm on the day of check in.

The exterior of the home is monitored with security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home or in the hot tub area.

Our decor and furniture may change over time and we will try to update pictures accordingly.

As with any travel in the era of the Covid Pandemic, please consider obtaining travel insurance if a last minute cancellation would be a financial hardship for you.
By booking this stay you agree to the following:
- You will pick up pet waste and dispose off. Please cover furniture if you allow pets on it. Dogs must be crated if alone in the home.
-You will not eat in the hot tub. You acknowledge and accept the risks of using the hot tub and use at your own risk.
-No cigarette smoking anywhere on the property.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
