This rental is family friendly. Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed in or on the property. The maximum occupancy for this rental is 9 guests.

Unit has 1 parking spot in the parking lot just across the street, behind the building. 1 parking permit is provided for this space. Free street parking is also available on a 1st come basis.

Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest), bathmats for each bathroom and 2 dish towels.
