Vacker ett sovrum lägenhet på stranden. Njut av utsökt havsbris och panoramautsikt från din privata balkong på femte våningen (översta våningen). Två fulla sängar i sovrummet och en bäddsoffa kombineras för att rymma fyra. Ett och ett halvt bad, ett komplett kök med allt du behöver, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och en reserverad parkeringsplats. Enhet som aldrig hyrts förut har precis kommit på marknaden. Utmärkt skick, bra läge på den norra änden av stranden, njut av tyst ensamhet medan du fortfarande ligger inom gångavstånd från fantastiska restauranger, barer och attraktioner. Perfect Place for a Long Weekend!

This place is a gem! it is so comfortable and convenient. Loved that it is right on the beach. The condo is so well appointed and has everything one would want in a beach stay. I would stay here again and again.

Weekend Getaway

Winter @ the beach

Beautiful beachfront view ! We enjoyed being able to watch the ocean from the comfort of a warm cozy condo. Saw it snow on the beach for the first time. The hosts could not be kinder. I highly recommend Direct Oceanfront Condo.

The best stay on the beach!!

This was my second time staying in this condo. I have already booked for next year. It is on the beach, clean, close to everything. It is safe with a secure parking lot. The hosts are responsive and are really great to engage with through email. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!!!

We just purchased our dream place on the beach. We've stayed in this building for years and have loved the location. We had been planning on buying a unit in this building when one opened up and we could afford it. When my father passed, we decided to invest our inheritance into something that we could enjoy, and would give joy to others. When we found out a 5th floor unit had just come on the market, we decided it was meant to be ours.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We like the north end of the beach. When we want the boardwalk, it's a short drive away. And there are plenty of great restaurants in walking distance. But it gets quiet at night - when all we want to hear as we doze off is the gentle sound of breaking waves...
After each stay, your home away from home is professionally cleaned according to CDC guidelines. No lobby, direct access from your own parking spot to the elevator to the 5th floor unit.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Nothing like a private balcony on the beach. And the 5th floor of a low rise building is perfect - high enough to have an unobstructed view - top floor so no one is stomping around over your head, but not such a high rise that you feel unsafe. It's just ideal. We ask everyone to bring their own. OC Solutions can provide towels and sheets - https://ocsolutions.org - book directly with them. We also recommend Roses for inexpensive purchases of towels, linens, toiletry items, sunscreen, etc. In the unit, we have a personal - Bub's Beach Bungalow Book that is full of recommendations for great places to eat, shop, and fun tips to make your stay a beautiful experience. You have your own parking spot, in a safe gated parking lot.
