Denna åttonde våningen stranden lägenhet ligger i Catalina byggnaden, alldeles intill klubbhuset. De tidigare ägarna uppdaterade enheten i slutet av 2013. Vi vill bjuda in alla våra gäster som stannade med oss i vår enhet i Gulf Shores Plantation att besöka vår nya enhet på Beach Club.

The Beach Club är en stranden by som omfattar ett spretigt 87 tunnland med många bekvämligheter på plats. Den har roliga familjeaktiviteter, shopping, naturstigar och mer. Vid klubbhuset kan du njuta av spa, strand matsal (inklusive uteservering) med en vacker utsikt över stranden och havet, ett fitnesscenter och ett spel rum. Det finns två mästerskapsbanor och en småbåtshamn några miles away. Dessutom är historiska Fort Morgan inbördeskriget Fort bara en kort bilresa från komplexet. På Beach Club kan du njuta av lugn och ro i orten medan endast är en 15 minuters bilresa från Gulf Shores.

Den lägenhet har en vacker havsutsikt från kök, vardagsrum och sovrum. Köket
är fullt utrustade och det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare rum i anslutning till köket. Köksbordet plats sex. Den frukostplats har två stolar. Vardagsrummet har en 51 "HDTV och varje rum har en 32" HDTV. I vardagsrummet finns också en soffa som gör en säng. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och gästen sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Enheten har två stora nyrenoverade badrum.

Fantastic Condo - Perfect Beach Getaway!

Great property!!!

This was our second time staying at the Beach club. The property owners were very easy and great to work with. The condo itself was very nice, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect condo!

This condo has it all!!!! From the moment we walked in, it's obvious this is an owner rental. The furnishes were very nice, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was clean - really clean!!! Mrs. Mary was a delight to work with! We had a minor issue and when I called her, she immediately took care of it for us! Our family of 6 (three teens, a 9 year old and two tired parents) were comfortable in the condo - plenty of room. Our favorite part of the condo was the large balcony! Our entire family could sit outside together and there was still room to move around! We will definitely be back and we plan on trying to rent Mrs. Mary's Gatlinburg property when we go on our yearly trip to the mountains! Great owner!!!!!

The facility was nice. First impression was bad, I've never rented a condo where the owner has security cameras over the front door and on the balcony. I come for vacation, not to be watched by the owner from home. Also, made me wonder if their were more cameras.... Inside the unit it looked like the painter decided to not finishing paint the bathroom. Hopefully he wasn't paid. The swimming pool lights didn't work and there was trash everywhere around the pool.

Paradise

This condo is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. There are several restaurants on site, so even though you are away from town, there are options close. The beach is beautiful. Chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. The pools are large and clean! Will definitely try to plan a visit here again!

Spring Break Disappointment

Living room furniture is dated and uncomfortable. Had to have the hot water spout fixed on second day, because it it would not allow us to chose hot water. Then we were only able to take 1 shower every couple of hours due to a small hot water heater (probably why the hot dial was set to warm). The seal on the master bedroom balcony door is worn out, we were woken up by a loud whistling noise several mornings.

Amazing Fort Morgan Condo!

The Carmacks were an amazing host for our 9 day stay! The view was BREATHTAKING! We spent so much time just relaxing, napping and soaking it all in! Absolutely no issues with the condo. Completely as pictured with perfect amount of "home". Enjoyed waking up to coffee every morning contemplating what our day would consist of. The beach was literally a walk away, 5 pools to enjoy, food at the clubhouse was superb! Definitely a 10 from a few gals from Texas!!!

Insurance problem

The only problem I have encountered is during booking I had to book insurance and this resulted in three separate out of state charges. This caused my credit card company to issue a fraud alert. After dealing with that when I booked again I had to opt for the insurance again. Now I have been billed for both insurances twice. How do I get this resolved?

Quite weekend getaway

Resort was quite and not very busy. Guests were respectful in regards to wearing masks. Condo was clean and cute. Owner was easy to contact. The only negative- shopping and restaurants are a 15 minute drive back to gulf shores. Great weekend getaway!
