ARCACHON, PEREIRE – FACING THE BASSIN!
On the 3rd floor of a secure residence with elevator and caretaker, on the 1st line with direct and private access to the beach at the foot of the building, T2 apartment with 5 beds offering all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. It has in particular a balcony with a breathtaking view of the basin and a parking space in the basement.
The layout includes an entrance hallway with cupboards, separate toilets, a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, as well as a functional and equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, induction hob, microwave, mini-oven and dishwasher). The living room, spacious and bright, is modular thanks to a removable partition. It is divided into a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80 cm) and 1 drawer bed (80 cm), equipped with a television, as well as a living/dining room with a sofa bed (140 cm). This room opens onto a balcony of approximately 10 m², facing north, furnished with furniture for relaxing or sharing meals outdoors.
Ideally located, the apartment is 850 m from the first shops (Carrefour Market, pharmacy), 2.5 km from the Moulleau district and 1.5 km from Arcachon city center. Pets are not allowed. Household linen is not provided, but can be rented from our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership) and departure cleaning is included, subject to normal and regular maintenance during the stay.
