- two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds;
- a shower room ;

- a separate fitted kitchen;
- a large living room with dining area.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Please note that the building is equipped with a keypad and intercom. Video surveillance and a concierge ensure your safety.
Numerous bus routes, the RER E, the subway and the tramway, as well as the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est stations in the area, make it easy to get around.
There's a Lidl supermarket just 300 m from the building for your everyday needs.
