Sublime apartment located on the ground floor, located in the heart of Paris between rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, 150 m from the Grands Boulevards.
At the foot of the apartment are many shops, cafes and restaurants. This tastefully decorated apartment will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life.

Apartment of 42 m2 which includes:
- Living room with sofa bed, 1 high table with chairs, Tv, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer)
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is done by a professional housekeeper.

Travelers will have access to the entire apartment

This flat is located in the centre of Paris, just a few steps from rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil. These are very lively shopping streets, known for their many cafés and restaurants.
The flat is also located on the corner of the Grands Boulevards. Nearby you'll find
