Vår charmiga stuga med 2 sovrum har utsikt över hamnen och vackra trädgårdar. Dessa trädgårdar har fotograferats för vykort från Maine. Sitt på främre däck och luktar saltluften och njut av kikar av hummerbåtar, segelbåtar och en fungerande hamn.

Stugan ligger i en prestigefylld stadsdel på Clark Point Road. Inget behov av bil. Du kan gå till stan och äta på gourmetrestauranger, shoppa i exklusiva butiker, specialvin, ost och matmart, hummerpund, ett fantastiskt oceanarium för barn, bibliotek, fiskmarknad och havssimning.

Du kan också flagga ner den gratis Acadia-bussen framför stugan för en tur till någon del av ön: städer, vandringsleder, filmer. Du kan gå in i staden och hyra en cykel och ladda den på bussen som ska släppas var som helst på vägen. Platsen möjliggör stor oberoende för alla, särskilt barn!

Excellent stay

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Great location in a quiet area. Great neighborhood to walk our dog. Marilynn and Gary were amazing hosts and very responsive. I will stay here again next time I return to Maine.

Quiet street location; easy to walk to both dining and shopping. Also easy to drive to other areas of interest. Hosts had lots of books and other literature about the area available to read; they were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this cottage.

The property was perfect for our stay. Marilynn was wonderful and even helped with our dogs when we were out! The only negative is our stay wasn’t long enough!

Last minute get away

We enjoyed our time in southwest harbor. Beautiful area! Nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the park. Would recommend the cottage for friends and family when they plan to come this way.

Wondèrful

This cozy little cottage had the perfect location with a gorgeous view of my favorite garden in SWH and the harbor beyond. It is a very short walk to restaurants and shops. We loved having fires in the woodstove. The kitchen was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. We definitely want to stay again!

Excellent location and proximity to Acadia

This cottage was perfect for our family of 4. Wonderful location, within walking distance to the marina and many restaurants. Clean and safe area with so much to do near by. We enjoyed staying in southwest harbor which is very close to the park, butich less busy then Bar Harbor. The hosts are helpful and have everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The BEST

We loved being in SW Harbor in this location...walkable to everything we wanted...Birds everywhere. Great recommendations from owner (who lives next door) on things to do and places to eat. This town is great because you are close to Acadia and Bar Harbor but it's way quieter and more peaceful for that Maine getaway. LOVED it and will stay here again on another visit!

Wonderful location walking distance to shops and restaurants, lobster and the water. Cute little town with friendly folks and great access to Acadia and Bar Harbor. The host/owners were very helpful and gave us some tips on where to go and what to do. The cottage is perfect for up to 4 people who can share 1 bath. Well appointed with everything we needed and the Washer dryer were an added bonus

celebrating end of Summer

My adult son and I spent a week at this location. We enjoyed the close proximity to the town and the ability to walk in town for coffee or dinner. The home itself was very clean and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We wished the living room furniture was more comfortable. Hosts were great!

Lovely stay in convenient, quiet location

Tidy, clean, very convenient to Southwest Harbor without being in the thick of it. We were in Acadia in the heart of tourist season and yet we didn't feel the brunt of it in this cabin.

Lovely cottage

We so enjoyed our three night stay. The charming and clean cottage was perfect for exploring Acadia and only a short walk to the beautiful town of Southwest Harbor. We will be back again!

Nice Cottage in Great Location

My family throughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. There were no issues with the checkin/checkout process, and the description and pictures of the cottage were accurate. The cottage is within walking distance to downtown Southwest Harbor, and less than a half hour to the loop and Bar Harbor. The cottage was the perfect size for our family of four, and the owners did a nice job highlighting some places to eat/visit in the welcome book. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Feeling at home in Southwest Harbor

Our family enjoyed our week at the cottage. Marilynn is a perfect hostess and her cottage fit all our needs. Southwest Harbor is a perfect getaway. Great restaurants and the location is ideal. Would recommend to any small family looking to escape for awhile.

Simple, but functional house. Great area

The cottage was as advertised. Clean, functional, and well-stocked. Southwest Harbor is quiet, but very cute and walkable. Only 20-25 minutes to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Owners were very responsive to questions. Would recommend.

Lovely Southwest Harbor Cottage!

Perfect little cottage in Southwest Harbor, had everything we needed. Wonderful location, a short walk to several good restaurants and two great lobster pounds. Marilynn is a gracious host who offered lots of helpful tips and suggestions. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Acadia.
