1 - The Main Villa

BOOKING TERMS ACCORDING TO NUMBER OF TRAVELLERS



To guarantee you a stay tailored to your needs, here are the different accommodation options depending on the number of participants:



- Up to 4 people: you will have the main villa, including 2 main bedrooms upstairs and 1 modular additional bedroom on the ground floor (3 bedrooms in total).

- From 5 to 6 people: you will benefit from the main villa as well as the adjoining outbuilding with its independent bedroom (4 bedrooms in total).

- From 7 to 10 people: all spaces will be accessible, including the main villa, the adjoining bedroom and the independent bungalow (5 bedrooms in total).



Good to know

If you are between 4 and 6 people (or fewer) and wish to enjoy an even more spacious and welcoming space by adding the outbuilding and/or the bungalow, this is entirely possible.

We invite you to inform us of this when booking: a supplement of €40 per additional room will then be requested.

LOCATION OF THE VILLA



Nestled on the south-west coast of Réunion Island, Étang-Salé-les-Bains is a seaside resort renowned for its volcanic black sand beach, preserved lagoon, and surrounding nature.

The Villa Fleur de Sel is ideally located just steps from the seafront, in a peaceful alley leading to Bassin Pirogue and its charming pontoon.

From this lovely pontoon, you can observe the comings and goings of small fishing boats, and admire a magnificent sunset over the Indian Ocean.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous shops, restaurants, and a lively local market on Sunday morning, ideal for discovering fresh produce and Reunionese crafts.



Thanks to its strategic location, the villa also constitutes a privileged starting point for exploring the island's iconic sites:

FOR A LITTLE STORY



The Villa Fleur de Sel was born from a beautiful family story, built on the property of a line of farmers from Étang-Salé.

Originally, the house was located in the heart of a vast estate extending to the beach.

After the destruction of the initial building in the 80s, it was rebuilt in 1997 with a concern to preserve the soul of the place.

Today, carefully renovated, the Villa Fleur de Sel elegantly combines the Creole charm of the 90s and a decoration inspired by the soft and natural tones of the nearby lagoon.

In each room, furniture and objects chosen with heart tell the owners' attachment to local history and the Creole art of living.

This blend of heritage and attention creates a warm universe, imbued with authenticity.

Staying at the Villa Fleur de Sel is experiencing a small piece of Reunionese history, between nature, traditions and contemporary art of living.

Please note that the accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.

Access to the outbuilding and/or bungalow (2 to 4 sleeping spaces) is not systematically included. In addition to the main villa (6 sleeping spaces), their availability is subject to conditions.

Rules to be followed

- Parties, receptions or events are strictly prohibited.

- Photo reports or professional shoots are possible only under conditions. Please contact us in advance to obtain authorisation.

- Our four-legged friends are admitted under conditions. Please contact us in advance to confirm the possibility of accommodating your animal.

- Non-smoking accommodation.

- In the event of non-compliance, deductions will be applied to the deposit.



Caution & Security

The deposit is managed via Swikly, an extra-secure solution that allows you to deposit your deposit online, by bank imprint, without debit or impact on your limit.



Video Surveillance

For your safety, a video surveillance system is installed at external entrances. No private spaces are filmed.



Swimming Pool & Equipment

Unheated swimming pool but still largely usable for most of the year depending on the weather.

Kayak and bicycles available, subject to acceptance of usage rules and compliance with safety guidelines.



Accessibility
