NEW 3 BD Townhome | 20 min to Ski | Pet Friendly

This NEW townhome is centrally located in the shopping district of North Ogden with amazing views of the mountains. The home will comfortable fit 8 people and features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms & a private 2 car garage. There is a king, queen, trundle twin bed and a queen size sleeper sofa, open living/kitchen area and elevated ceilings. It's the perfect place to enjoy your time together! Dogs are welcome with a refundable deposit!

For anyone traveling with dogs, we require a $200 fully refundable deposit to be paid at the time of your reservation that will be used in case of damages during the stay. If no damage or additional extreme cleaning is needed after your stay, we will refund the $200 to you.

The Space:
Newly constructed 1,400 square foot townhouse with high ceilings makes this home feel much bigger than it is. The living, dining and kitchen are all connected in a continuous open space. Guests can enter the space through the code entry front door or the private enclosed garage. The living area and primary bedroom have TV's with Roku streaming devices. FREE fiber internet. There is a washer and dryer near the bedrooms that's stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. Home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, close to grocery, activities, and restaurants.

Bedrooms/Sleeping area:
There are (3) bedrooms - One king bed in the primary suite, one queen in the second bedroom, two single or normal twin mattresses in the third bedroom and the family room has a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a TV in the family room and primary bedroom.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home with a private garage as well. The home is part of a townhome development.

Visiting Family in North Ogden

We found the townhome to be a great option for our family visit. It was spacious, clean, and well fitted out for our needs. It was very well located, with easy access to all that Ogden offers. I would recommend that for future guests, you provide a hard copy or notebook of instructions regarding the use of the amenities, including: the heating/cooling system; the tablet in the kitchen (it beeped throughout our stay), whether windows could be opened or should remain shut, (my sister inadvertently dislodged a window sensor on opening her bedroom window, which created the beeping issue); how to use the TV's, what channels are available through live tv; how to operate the washer and dryer (my mom is old school and both the tv and the laundry were a challenge for her). You could include points of local interest, events, grocery shops nearby and dining options as well. A quick "how to" guide for guests will help them appropriately make use of the home. Thank you for hosting us at your wonderful townhome, we felt welcome and comfortable!

Family stay

We had a sudden need to travel to North Ogden and found that a family member had stayed in this rental in the past and recommended it. Our stay was excellent! The rental was extremely comfortable, and the agent was very accommodating when we had to extend our departure date. We will keep this rental at the top of our list for future trips! Amazing beautiful condo!

Stayed here for a mom and sister get-away. There were 5 of us and we still had room for a couple more. Very roomy and comfortable. Very impressed with cleanliness, attention to detail and communication with owner. Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely book this property again if I'm in the area. Wish all Vrbo properties were like this one!

Great property with tons of space

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was thoughtfully stocked with any essentials we needed during our stay. We really appreciated the attached garage and pet friendly neighborhood. Everything was clean and it didn’t feel like we were living in someone else’s home the whole time like other rentals we’ve stayed in. I would absolutely stay here again when we are in the area to visit our friends.
