Nestled in a verdant setting, this charming and authentic house is ideal for accommodating up to four people, perfect for family or friends' holidays. You will be delighted to be only 2 km from the beaches, where you can enjoy yourself all summer, whether to cool off or relax under the Breton sun.
Moreover, you will have access to a large wooded garden arranged for outdoor meals, with a barbecue available for the most gourmet.
Upon entering, you will discover the living area, a warm lounge with exposed ceiling beams, a sofa corner and a dining table. The fully equipped open kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary utensils for cooking. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will access two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x190).
For added convenience, two parking spaces are at your disposal.
