Detached house in a 600 mÂČ shaded enclosed garden - Quiet area - Approximately 100 mÂČ - Sleeps 6 including a spacious living room with sitting area and fireplace - Fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a large veranda - one bedroom with a 160 cm bed with sink and cupboard - one bedroom with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed with cupboard and sink - one bedroom with a 140 cm bed with private bathroom with toilet (walk-in shower), which can also be used by the other two bedrooms, as there is a second access - separate toilet with washbasin - Garage with washing machine - Dishwasher, refrigerator with 3-drawer freezer, microwave, flat-screen TV - Garden furniture - Terrace with fixed barbecue - 3 deckchairs - Parking for 2 cars - One pet allowed with a supplement of âŹ50 - End-of-stay cleaning included. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbùtre and La GuériniÚre, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
Enjoy the Aquatic Park with your family. You can also relax on our beautiful sandy beaches, take long bike rides on our many cycle paths. And, if you want to get off the island and spend a day in one of the big cities in France, Nantes is 1 hour away.
