Welcome to Penticton Lodge, an AvantStay home!
As you walk up to this home the first thing noticed is the expansive wrap-around large decks with breathtaking views of the mountains. Through the front door, you will find an impressive entry & great room with vaulted cathedral ceilings, slate flooring, massive log beam accents, floor to ceiling fireplace, and a two-story wall of glass to take in the views. The open floor plan bridges the great room and kitchen together with breakfast bar seating allowing flow and interaction between those preparing meals and friends in the great room. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with the latest upgrades and stainless steel appliances as well as a pantry and separate wet bar area. A cozy dining nook with access to the front and rear decks allows guests to view the mountains while dining and conversing with the entire party. Three bedrooms are master suites, one on the main floor, two on the third floor. The fourth bedroom has been converted to a game room but has lots of sleeping to accommodate 7-8 kids or a few adults with bunk beds, pullout mattresses, and futons. The spacious upper Primary Bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, gas log stoves, and view balconies with amazing views to wake up to. A large third-floor loft overlooks the living area. This home also features a hot tub, the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

The main floor includes the great room, kitchen, dining, Primary Bedroom with ensuite, floor-to-ceiling windows, and access to all the decks.
SECOND FLOOR:
Up a flight of stairs from the great room, you will reach a large open loft with vaulted ceilings. Great place to read a book or getaway from the group. Two more spacious Primary Bedrooms are on this level with vaulted ceilings, a private ensuite, and private decks with views.
FIRST FLOOR:
that has been converted to a game room with sleeping accommodations for 2-4 people (bunk bed and futon)
Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. - Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property
- AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property.
Parking Details:
Guests can park 1 car in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Max cars 4.

Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000.
