Come be our guest in South County R.I.
Our SK cottage is set on a half acre, surrounded by trees and natural brush, giving a private feel, but is in between two quiet residential neighborhoods and is within walking distance to a DD coffee shop, mini mart, Pizzeria, and ice cream shop.
10-15 minutes away from URI, SK Beaches, Wakefield Town center, Narragansett, and 25 minutes to Newport.

Warm and inviting. The cottage has the feeling of getting away but being close to it all.
The property has a calming vibe and don’t be surprised if you see little bunnies, birds, and even deer walking through.💗 Relax and unwind under the pergola. Enjoy a fire and make s’mores (personal favorite) with the stone fire-pit. The outdoor space is one of my favorite places and we are excited for you to make memories and connect in this very special space.

The cottage was decorated beautifully. There were thoughtful touches such as tea, coffee, candy, dog bed , dog dishes, and poop bags, cosmetic wipes, and posted helpful info.It was close to the attractions. My husband especially enjoyed the Newport Car Museum which was new to us.

An absolutely amazing retreat. We rented this to stay at while we attended a friends wedding, but it proved to be so much more than a place to crash at. So many thoughtful little touches. We would love to come back when we have more time to enjoy the house itself; the hot tub, the back patio, the cozy living room. Truly a wonderful little house tucked away in the trees.

Vacation in Rhode Island

This is a great house! Everything was exactly as listed on VRBO. Very clean, check in was easy. The hot tub and outdoor area was great. Nice location. Owner was very responsive if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding place to stay! Hosts were great! From the moment we arrived we were amazed at how beautifully decorated it was and we all felt at home instantly. The cottage has a nice layout with a nice big yard for the kids to play in and the dog to run around. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Rhode Island. Close to beaches and an easy drive to Newport. Sara and Dan make sure everything you need for the stay is available. We would love to return!

Wonderful adventure

Property is nestled away, very peaceful and quiet. Lovely fire pit area. Great location near shops, restaurants of every type, and access to roadways. We explored colleges, many parks on the ocean, Newport, Providence and Narragansett. Loved it all and hope to return. The cottage was wonderfully appointed with everything you need.

Weekend Stay for LAX Tournament

We stayed at Cozy Cottage while in town for our son’s lacrosse tournament at URI and I can’t underscore enough just how pleased we were with our stay. Sara has truly thought of all the details, right down to the chilled glasses in the freezer! Location is super convenient and the property was exceptionally clean. Sara is also very responsive with her communication and made check-in a breeze. We will definitely book again if the opportunity presents itself!

Cute & Cozy Cottage with great outdoor space

The bedrooms are cozy and the gathering spaces are large. The living room has plenty of space to gather and the outdoor firepit with covered sitting area is another nice place to spread out. You'll find everything you need for your stay and well as a few personal welcoming touches.

Accurate discription

This was a first time renting from vrbo for us as we haven't been able to get away for years because we are dog lovers. This home allowed us to bring them and everything was as pictured and expected. Home was immaculate and there were small welcoming touches as well as coffee and water.

URI Visit

My family and I stayed for the weekend to attend URIs homecoming. This was less than a 5 minute drive to campus. The property was just as shown in the pictures. We had six adults and used the provided blow up to sleep in the living room. It is a clean and beautiful place that was stocked with everything we.needed. The yard was private and we took advantage of relaxing outside with a fire in the fire pit. Would be happy to return if needed.

The location is perfect! Close to everything. The house is charming, well equipped with a yard that is perfect for family and friends or just a a night to relax under the stars. We stayed for 4 nights while my son graduated from OCS|/Navy. Definitely would book again!! Thank you Sara!

Comfortable

I found the home comfortable, quiet, and restful at the end of the 2 evenings of wedding activities. The home is set in a convienient location of being tucked away in a quiet wooded corner lot yet easy access for travel to popular restaurants and attractions the South Kingstown area has to offer.
