- A north-facing veranda of around 2.5 m².
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A second bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people (140×190)

Ideally served by public transport (Commerce/M8 - Charles Michel/M10), you'll find plenty of shops and services nearby (gym, launderette, restaurants, pharmacy, cinemas, etc.), as well as pretty parks and green spaces.
