Perfect house for a group!

Like the other reviews mention, the pictures do not do this house justice! It was a beautiful house and the perfect space for a group. The house was clean and the host was so responsive. Everything was well kept. We had just the right amount of space for all 10 of us. The location was great, five minute drive to the beach and a fun neighborhood to walk around. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Girls Getaway

The pictures online does not do this home justice, everything was amazing. There were 7 of us for a much needed weekend getaway and we had a wonderful time. We all had plenty of sleeping room as well as space to spread out. This home is not walkable to the main strip but we rented a golf cart which made it a 5 minute drive if that. The pool was just the right size for sun bathing and lounging around and the room downstairs had a mini fridge so we didn't have to walk up and down stairs for drinks or snacks. The home was fully equipped for everything that we needed. The property manager was easy to reach and responded quickly if we had concerns or questions. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Siesta Key, FL. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

June 2024 Trip

We had an excellent stay here last weekend - Chris was a very accommodating and responsive host whenever we had questions. The set up of the house was perfect for us on a girls trip and the house is in an excellent location!

Great house and location!

The house was perfect for a group of 10 girls. It is even more beautiful in person than the pictures. Chris was very responsive leading up to the trip and helped answer all of our questions about the area. The house is also in a nice location, not too far from the village and the beach.

fiesta in Siesta

Excellent for our family - 6 adults, three children. Pool was refreshing, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Close to beach.

Beautiful home and location!

We spent 4 days at the property on Siesta Key with 2 families and 4 kids. The size and split of the home across 3 levels was great to provide separation when needed for the families. It was a bit challenging being across 3 levels with young kids, but they mostly stayed at the pool! The one thing we wish we had known was that the lower level room was separated from the main home passing through the garage. This made it a bit difficult to leave younger kids alone downstairs. All in all, the location was great and the hosts were great with communication and very accommodating of our needs!

Perfect Host Awesome Location

Chris responded to several inquiries immediately and was very easy to work with. The property is in a perfect location with a great pool and easy access to the beach. Would recommend renting a golf cart in town to make parking easier. Excellent place with an excellent host made for a very relaxing trip.
