Enjoyed it!

We greatly enjoyed the easy of getting places with the condo being on the 1st floor. Loved how close the pool was and how it was easy to access everything.

Roomy & Great Location

First floor living at the beach is awesome, easy in and out and no wait for elevator (which one was down during our stay). Condo was spacious, 2 bathrooms so kids had their own! Property was large, 24 hr watchman on duty. It’s off the beaten path, which we appreciated, so a drive into town. Beach was great, 5 pools on property, each with their own hot tub. This place is right outside one of the pools. Would rent again!

Decent for the price

If you are looking for a condo without a parking garage, fairly easy to access the beach, AND see some gators, this is the place for you. First floor walk out with the pool across from it,short walk to the beach, and easy to enter from front of condo. Would we stay in this condo again? Probably not. Needs some updating, a good cleaning, and the master toilet fixed. But for the price we paid, I can’t complain too much.

If I were the owner, I would have Spectrum manage it.

First of all, when I went to book this condo I thought it was through VRBO. When I went to complete the booking, it was through Vacasa. Not happy about that, but it was a last minute booking, so I went with it. I loved that this condo is on the ground floor and that the ice machine was right around the corner. I loved the floorplan of the individual condo and the property as a whole. What I didn't love was Vacasa as the management, especially on a holiday weekend. When we arrived, the code to our door wouldn't work. It was late in the evening and couldn't get a human on the phone, they would only text. The only way for me to get into the condo was after a resident of the building suggested I go around back to the sliding glass door to see if it was unlocked and it was. I spent over two hours texting with this company until I called the spectrum security to see if they could help. Not even their maintenance department could help me because it was rented through Vacasa. I called the number on the refrigerator for a Vacasa representative and got her voicemail. NOONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. I can't imagine the trouble we would have gone through had we been on a higher floor. Also, if you rent this property, make sure you turn on the dehumidifier hidden in the laundry room or you'll be sticky your entire stay. There are also plumbing noises that are loud and annoying. I will be renting in The Beach Club again, but NOT through Vacasa.

This home definitely needs some updating and maintenance. This was not the condo we booked but was reassigned because the other had sold. The back porch has lots of lose and broken tiles. My son got a cut foot from one on the first evening there. My husband fell to the ground after sitting in a rotten and rusted chair. We went to use the crockpot but decided not to because it smelled like the wires were burning after plugging it in. There is a lot of potential in this condo but not maintained very well. It is convenient to be on the first floor. I would not stay here again unless it was fixed up.

Beautiful condo

This beautiful condo is well appointed with lots of room and situated right on the beach. The kitchen has plenty of room with a great view. Principal bathroom is spacious with two sinks. It is quite with a comfortable living room. Patio is fun to sit outside.LOVED this place and highly recommend.

Convenient Location

We enjoyed our stay at 107D. I was initially worried about a first floor stay but the view was still great and it was incredibly convenient to just walk out - seconds to the pool and beach walkway. The property had everything we could need for the short stay. Would book again.

Location, location, location

Pros: Location! Good size place (especially the kitchen) Grounds are really nice First floor aka no elevators Washer and dryer Decent wifi Cons Needs an update Broken titles on the porch Needs a deep cleaning (stains on the blankets, marks on the floors, crumbs in the sofa bed Broken outdoor furniture (almost really hurt myself sitting on a rusted out chair) Clogged toilet when we arrived (bar of soap had somehow became lodged) Have pictures of all of this. Did call vacasa. They credited a small amount for the toilet and sent the cleaners (they claimed it was clean and didn’t need it). By the time they arrived, we had swapped out the blankets with our own (lucky we brought some) and decided to not use the sofa bed. Also, when they arrived they only brought sheets — didn’t help with the covers issue anyway. So, should you stay here? It’s a great location, convenient and the grounds are nice. Lower your expectations to that of a 2 or 3 star location and it’s ok. The price does not really reflect but you are really paying for the location and not the place.

Door was propped open when we arrived at the unit...a little concerning when you check into a new place with your family. Mold in shower, which they did come clean up mid-vacation. Sharp edged broken tiles all over patio, so that was unusable, and overall it just needs some TLC. The location is great and we had a good vacation, but we were disappointed that the unit just didn't seem to be very cared for which isn't what you expect after driving across the country to get there.

Not having to deal with elevators is a game changer!

This condo was in the best place! On the ground right next to the pools! Not having to deal with elevators is a game changer! We was a little upset that we was unable to access the indoor pool. We was told we needed bands to enter and when texting customer service they told us they was unaware that a band was needed and was supposed to get back with us on what to do and no one did even after texting again. The last 2 days there it was cooler and windy and would have been really nice to be indoor with the kids. There is a few other things that need some TLC. The porch floor needs updating. We spent a lot of time on the porch eating lunches cause the kids was wet from the pool and there is a lot of broken up tiles. Also that the kids bedroom had no type of kids channel or anything they could watch at bedtime. Definitely bring dvds for in there. None of the tvs was smart tvs and with the channels that was available it would have been nice to been able to get on something else (Netflix,HULU, Disney+) to actually watch something. This is obviously not big issues. We absolutely loved staying here! It was very clean and loved the fact that someone came by a little bit after we got there to check in with us making sure everything was to our satisfaction. We vacation to the beach alot and this will definitely be a condo I will be returning too!

Great Beach Condo!

My family and I loved staying here for Spring Break. The condo is as good as you will find, and we got a great deal. The condo itself had no need for improvement, but this condo may not be the condo for everyone. First, the Beach Club is pretty secluded, about a 15 to 20 minute drive to Gulf Shores for restaurants and shopping. Second, as a first floor condo, it is hard to see the beach in its full glory with the pool in between. You do get limited views of beach scapes, but it was not a deal breaker for us. These were the two “surprises” that we found upon arrival. Neither were a deal breaker for us, and we would most definitely stay here again. The condo was very clean upon arrival. If the two caveats mentioned above aren’t a deal breaker for you, then this is your place to stay! I hope this helps to make your decision easier!

Very nice

Steps away from the Gulf and pools!

My family and I loved this 1st floor unit. No elevators or stairs needed on this beach trip! The boardwalk leading towards the beach was a few yards away. There is also a 75 acre nature conservancy adjacent to the Beach Club property, which made the sunsets even more enjoyable. We will certainly rent this unit again!
