Welcome to Unit 302B in the Bristol Tower at The Beach Club, one of Gulf Shoresâ most sought-after beachfront resorts. Located on the stunning Fort Morgan Peninsula, this upscale, gated resort offers an unmatched combination of relaxation, recreation, and convenienceâperfect for couples, families, or snowbirds looking for a peaceful beach retreat with top-notch amenities.
This beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo on the 3rd floor offers stunning Gulf views from a private, covered balconyâperfect for morning coffee. Inside, enjoy a spacious open-concept layout with a sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, a large TV, and free high-speed WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, modern appliances, and seating for 8 between the dining table and breakfast bar.
The primary suite features a king bed, balcony access, and an en-suite bath with dual vanities, walk-in shower, and large closet. The second bedroom also has a king bed and private bath access with a tub/shower combo. A convenient half bath is located off the main hall.
**Bristol Tower Beauty Band Replacement: A project will be underway Fall 2025 â replacement of the Beauty Bands. This project is scheduled to begin on September 15, 2025 and is expected to be completed by end of February 2026. During this project, there will be construction noise during work hours, as well as debris and potentially redirected paths at the Bristol Tower. At this time, we are unsure of how the project will impact balcony access, but will provide an update once we know more. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Work on Saturdays will only occur with express permission, typically if weather delays require adjustment. Access to the Bristol Pool may be limited September 16-19. As a Beach Club guest, you always have access to all tower pools. Work will pause for Thanksgiving week (November 21-30). Work will resume December 1.**
