Beaufort Getaway

The cottage was great. It was beautifully kept and very warm and peaceful. We had everything we needed including beach towels. The setting was beautiful and we were in walking distance of the water, restaurants, and shops. The hosts were very nice and provided information about area restaurants and sights to see.

Cozy, comfortable, convenient

This cozy cottage was terrific. Furnishings were pleasantly comfortable. Two hearty, delicious scones awaited us upon arrival. It was a quick drive or a pleasant walk to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly, quiet seaside community.

The cottage was even better than the pictures. Vaulted ceiling made it feel much more spacious. Wendell and his wife were gracious hosts. The property was clean and very well maintained. A perfect romantic getaway for a couple.

Great Stay for 3 Nights

This property is as nice or nicer than it looks in the photos. The house has lots of extras like kitchen items, silverware, coffee maker and a mini fridge that was great to keep our groceries fresh. Very well kept and Wendell is very hospitable. The location is within walking distance of historic downtown. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Beaufort.

Great place, close to the waterfront!

The property is a very clean, very air conditioned, location with great access to all you want to do in and around Beaufort. With a quick, less than a mile, bike ride to the Beaufort downtown waterfront we had plenty to do during our stay. Wendell was very accommodating and responded quickly via text message to our queries. I really enjoyed staying here and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Charming Cottage in Beaufort, NC

This cottage is perfect for your stay in Beaufort. It's completely stocked with everything you will need and beautifully decorated, furnished, and has some high quality unique architectural details. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. I brought my kayak, and they allowed me to store it by the cottage. They even let me use their water hose to rinse the salt off after I paddled. Definitely a really nice place for a couple to stay.

We absolutely loved this cottage. It was immaculate and very cozy.The owner, Wendell,could have been any friendlier or hospitable.We walked to town to have lunch and shop. The kitchen was adequate for our needs and the bed was amazing. We in fact will return to this property for another weekend get away !

Another splendid visit to Beaufort NC

Excellent location for me as it’s very close to family I have there. This was a repeat visit to this lovely property. It is private, quiet, up to date, tastefully furnished, comfortable and spotless. I hope to return as much as I can.

Perfect weekend getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is exactly as pictured/described - very clean and well stocked with the essentials. It is in a very cute, quiet neighborhood that is walkable to downtown Beaufort, so no need to drive around looking for parking spots! The hosts were lovely and responsive when we had any questions - would definitely recommend staying here!
