You will appreciate its location 200m from the sea and its proximity to all amenities, bakeries, bar-restaurant, bike hire, jet ski, kayak, etc. Its SOUTH-FACING aspect means you can enjoy the sun all day long in the garden or on the veranda.
This small house of 25 square metres has a capacity of 4 people (two bedrooms).
SWIMMING POOL OPEN/HEATED FROM 1 JUNE TO 15 SEPTEMBER.
It has:
- Veranda with table and chairs.
- Fitted and equipped kitchen, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker.
- Sitting area with sofa and coffee table.

- Shower room across the hall.
- Separate toilet.

- Bedroom 2 with 160 cm double bed and storage space.
