You will enjoy this little house located in a peaceful residence in Guidel-Plages, a 5-minute walk from the sandy beaches and Guidel-Plages, where you will find bars, restaurants, a bakery, a mini-market and many activities.
You can also enjoy the village of Guidel, a 10-minute drive away, and its Sunday morning market.
The residence offers a shared heated swimming pool, open from mid-June to mid-September.
You can also enjoy a private parking space.
This small 30 mÂČ accommodation can sleep up to 4 people.
It features:
- Private entrance.
- Living room with sofa, coffee table and television.
- Open-plan kitchen with microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
- Cabin bedroom with double bed (140 cm).
- Shower room.
- Separate toilet.
Upstairs
- Bedroom with two single beds (80 cm).
Outside
- 40 mÂČ garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
- Private parking.
The cottage has a hairdryer. There is no WiFi.
