“That dam view” a 3 bedroom(1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins. 2 bath 1500 sq ft home located above Guttenberg on acre st overlooking the town and river. Sitting on just under an acre and there’s plenty of parking and yard space to enjoy. Enjoy sitting on the large deck overlooking the dam and river or underneath the covered patio. The kitchen is furnished with top appliances and enjoy sitting in the living room looking out 2 patio doors at the beautiful views! There is a golden tee and simpsons arcade machines for adults and kids to enjoy! There is a full bathroom on each floor of the house. All three bedrooms are located upstairs with beautiful views of the river and town. Each bedroom has its own separate ac/heating units and controls to adjust to the perfect sleeping temperature. There’s plenty of seats out on the deck and a fire pit in the yard! If your looking for peace and quite this is the place!

Beautiful home with fantastic views from large deck and from living room and 2 bedrooms. Beds very comfortable. Home was very clean and very well maintained. Loved this place and will book again!

We love this property and have stayed many times. There is plenty of space for our family of four plus some extended family. They recently added a fire pit which has been fun this summer!

Great stay in Guttenburg

We had an amazing stay! Some of the things we loved… the view, the open concept kitchen/dining/living, the heat/air units in each bedroom to control temp while sleeping, the old school arcade games, and so much more. Had a fun family game night just staying in. We will definitely be staying here again.

Fishing retreat

Stay at this lovely House while Competing in a fishing tournament. Easy access to both town and boat ramps love the view of the river. Tight turnaround and driveway for boat parking but with a little patience, a group could park three Truck and boat rigs hooked up in the driveway

Great spot for girls getaway!

Great place for our sister getaway with our mom! We were a little worried about mom navigating the steps but she had no problem. The place very clean and updated even more so than the pictures showed! Would definitely stay here again! Short drive to the brewery, restaurants and shopping! And the view was amazing!

Family boating trip

We have stayed in this house multiple times. It is always clean, the beds are comfortable, and it is stocked with the necessities. The view is amazing and the boat ramp is a quick drive. Would highly recommend!

Home Away From Home

We stayed here while participating in a baseball tournament at the Field of Dreams. The house was very clean and comfortable and was a good place for our family to relax between games. Every amenity we needed was there, and more! I had to make a slight change to our reservation before arriving and the host replied immediately. It is a wonderful place for a family to spend time together! We would definitely stay here again!

Dam View

The location of the property is excellent for viewing the Mississippi River and the lock and dam. Communicating with the owner was easy. We had a major snow storm come through while we were there and any concerns I had about snow removal was handled immediately
