We travel to Sedona a couple times a year, as it is the home base for our extended family. We've stayed at dozens of properties, and this is the one that, unanimously, the group and kids all said was the best, and that they can't wait to return to.The location is lovely, and the view is truly exceptional. The kitchen is well-appointed, and it's nice to have ample parking. Huge plus that it's dog-friendly!Loved it, and can't wait to return.

We loved being able to drive into Sedona, but then escape to quiet. Easy access to lesser known trails and Oak Creek is lovely.

Big kitchen and lots of space to hang out. The views were incredible and the neighborhood was very quiet. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely go back again!

Beautiful Views, Wonderful House

My family loved spring break here. Views from the outdoor deck, hot tub, indoor living area were great. I taught my 12 y/o grandson to play pool, and by the end of the trip, he was beating me. Great quiet location with easy access to Sedona sights.

Love Sedona

We loved everything about this house, including its location just outside of town. Easy access to some of the best hiking and great restaurants, but without the crowds. The house is beautifully remodeled and set up for hosting a large group comfortably. We will be back!

Amazing property

My family and I stayed 3 nights at this property and we had a great experience. Property has the most amazing views of the rocks and is set-up perfectly to just relax. We had a great time! Hot tub was great and plenty of room outside for lawn games, dining, etc. Grill also came in handy. We did not bring pets, but we did see coyotes in the neighborhood. May want to make future tenants aware to keep pets inside particularly at night.

Great views from back porch

Good location, minutes from trailheads, 15 min from downtown Sedona and shopping. Plenty of space for 8 people. Nice outdoor areas. Large driveway for parking. House is in a neighborhood (which was not a problem, just sharing).

Wonderful location

The property was perfect for our family to stay and had everything we needed and more in thr kitchen. The main living space was huge and had beautiful views of the red rocks. This property was the cleanest place I ever stayed at. It was spotless. Highly recommend the location as it is close to trails and the grocery store. Only 4 stars because a few things could have been new such as the towels were very cheap.
